Absolutely the worst interaction I've ever had with a business. I called DaBella to get a quote on a replacement on siding of a house. They told me someone would come by the next day to give a quote. They came by and did not listen to me that all I wanted a quote for was a couple of panels to be replaced. Instead, the person who came took photos of a bunch of other areas of the house that I did not request service for, and then proceeded to attempt to upsell me for replacement of siding over the entire house, as well as different colors/styles. After I explained I did not have time for this and just wanted the quote for the side panels, I was met with animosity. I asked them to leave, and after forcing them out, they stayed outside my house until their manager called me multiple times. Only after we demanded that they leave the property and do not contact us ever again, did they leave to the street. read more

I'm gonna keep it real, I didn't actually end up doing business with this company. I was on the fence about it and decided with trying to sell my current house in a short and upcoming time period it wasn't worth it to me. That being said Braden G. at this location deserves a shout out for being an outstanding person to deal with even under somewhat negative circumstances. Very reasonable and took the time to hear me out without really trying to be your stereotypical sales type guy with all the high pressure that comes with the business. He did his job exceptionally well and if anything these folks here under him atleast deserve your time to hear them out if your in the market for these kind of services. read more

Every single thing could improve. Their entire sales pitch is a lie. They said their roofers where highly trained, but no one on the job site spoke English and could answer my concerns. The sales pitch said they wouldn't work in the rain, but they took the shingles off my house right before it rained 3 inches. I was told they would tarp the house, but tarps where left on the ground and rain leaked through the roof. They said their Project Manager would be there for me, but he ignored me when I sent him pictures of the leaks in my roof when the shingles where taken off during the rain. The siding and paint was completely damaged to my house and they ignored all calls and texts I sent asking to repair it. I am left going to have to repair it myself. My landscaping was left crushed, and broken tree branches were everywhere from the shingles they threw from the roof. I stepped on one of the rusty nails they left behind which went through my shoe and into my foot. They left cigarette butts and garbage everywhere and even dropped a cigarette butt on my house which left a burnt mark. I am very thankful my house didn't catch on fire. I am absolutely devastated that I trusted them to work on my house. I asked them to send me the warranty information on the shingles and they didn't. I imagine there is no warranty at all and that was a lie too. read more

I contacted Angi for a roofer that would repair a leak in my roof. Instead, they inspected the roof, measured, and took photos, and then say us down to a long, high pressured spiel about how we really NEEDED an entire roof. Can you guess how much they quoted for the project? Before I tell you, let me say that I have NO doubt that they are an outstanding roofing company that clearly does high quality work! So the quote for a 2400 sq. Ft. home? OVER THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!! Are you kidding me? They wouldn't even address repairing the leak, but went ahead and wanted me to commit to a full re-roof that same day! NOPE! But to be fair, if you've got LOTS and LOTS of extra money lying around, this company would do a top-notch job for you. read more

This company is the very reason I purchased a "no soliciting" sign for my home. Their salesman offered to do a free inspection on my roof, to which I obliged. They took a whole bunch of pictures and tried to use scare tactics to bait me into replacing my ENTIRE ROOF, which is less than a few years old! I ended up having a couple local roofing contractors come out, confirming they are entirely full of it. My roof is fine. Also, their bid was about 3x as much as any other contractors in town. I can only imagine how many elderly folks these unethical clowns have scammed with their aggressive sales tactics. Stay far away, and if they come to your door... tell them to take a hike! read more

Great job and fast on getting the job, roofing, finished. Austin and Sam were very professional and honest. Knew their product and when we went on the roof showed me the problems I have. Austin had said the job would probably start June 21, but I got a call a week later and then in tow days the job was finished. Looks amazing. Came to give me a quote, damaged my wall, told me they didn't want me to waste their time and then at the end told me they couldn't help me. But on the plus side it only took them about 20 minutes to do all of that so I guess they're fast. They also practically refused when we were first talking at the property to do any repairs and were only offering replacement ideas when the windows themselves are perfectly fine. When I scheduled I was told repairs were an option and could get quotes for both repairing and replacing after describing my issue to the scheduler. read more

Awful experience. Unprofessional. Husband asked for an estimate only not to have a long talk about everything, let them know we were looking at several places. Wolf was our salesperson and he was more like a used car salesman. He wouldn't give us the measurements of the roof or an estimate. He wanted to talk about the company. We didn't want that. We let him know we had other things to do and he sat there and called his dispatch asking for another job that we couldn't meet, he had been there an hour and a half. He walked out without saying a word. I followed and asked if he was going to give us an estimate and he mumbled something about homeowner. Now reading this other review I know he said we were bad homeowners. Such high pressure. We called the customer service and they said they'd send a Sr. Specialist out and we said NOPE. We'd been unaware our roof had serious issues -- we were blissfully ignorant. Unfortunately, back 13 years ago, a local contractor had SAID his team knew what they were doing ... but they obviously DIDN'T. As a result of the poor job done back then, our entire roof's decking (the plywood sheets) was rotten and molding. I'm very grateful that a couple of months ago, a DaBella team saw from the street that our roof was "rippling" between rafters and offered to do a free inspection. With photographic and video documentation, plus pointing out issues in our interior attic space, they showed us our roof had a severe problem -- though once installation began, the issues proved to be even worse than initially thought. Once the DaBella team began work, they had to go above and beyond, to get the huge amount of labor completed by yesterday afternoon, just before we got hit with a multi-system "Snow-mageddon", which will probably leave us with 3 feet of heavy snow on our roof. Right now, I'm sitting warm and cozy in our living room, instead of dealing with a roof cave-in. I highly recommend working with DaBella's team in northern Arizona. The products this nationally recognized company uses are outstanding, and their folks up on the roof are highly trained and DON'T cut corners. If you want it done right, get DaBella. read more

Awful company especially if you're a first time homeowner and/or a young person. The appointment was for an estimate for our roof and siding and it was scheduled for 6:00 pm. They didn't leave until 9:00 pm and that was because we had to threaten to call the police if he did not leave. Extremely unprofessional and began insulting us and making rude comments all because we asked for time to think about the quote and wouldn't sign tonight, which rightfully so as their quote was 3 times higher than the 4 other quotes we got this week. He even told us that if we don't sign right now we are bad homeowners, along with other rude comments. I was beyond appalled at how immature this man acted to the point of insulting me and my husband over and over again. And to take 3 hours?! All we wanted was an estimate and he might have had a sale if he wasn't so malicious when we asked for some time to think about it. I'm sure they have good products but not worth being treated like that for needing time and then not leaving my house when asked. Very unsettling, unprofessional, disrespectful and overall disappointing company. Do better. read more
