While the initial salesmen were great, this entire experience has been AWFUL. One of my windows came in broken and the installer said he'd be back out in a month with the new windows. One month rolls around and no calls...I called the contractor 12 TIMES and never got a response. Finally 7 MONTHS later they finally get a new contractor to finish the job. Theyll be out on 5/8 by 2pm. Loe and behold no call from the contractor. I call Deballa..."I guess you're calling about your install. Yeah, its going to be another two hours" 5pm comes and STILL NO CONTRACTOR. Last time i will do business with this company. Stay away at all costs read more

The tech installed the windows, one leaked air, he came back, installed the missing gasket thing, it still leaks. They are not straight. Many calls later finally got a different tech. He put in the screw covers that were supposed to be done at first. And the window still leaks! read more

Aggressive sales. I would avoid. Sales guys were from Spokane if I remember correctly. I was polite and accommodating till the end, till I had to be blunt. I was told the day before it would be a quick numbers estimate. At the end, after two hours, I had to be very direct to get them to leave. They did not want to leave. Contractors might be alright (?) but sales was bad. read more

We hired them to do a walk-in shower. Unfortunately, the installers were not professionals. They cut up the tub without covering anything or hanging plastic in the doorway. Our home filled with fiberglass dust. They had zero experience with installing the glass door. They googled and phoned the manufacturer and eventually the door was installed. Unfortunately, it was so tight to open and close, you had do throw your back into it. At one point my husband was handed the tools and told he should try to fix it . Once they were done, we called to have them return and take care of issues. Door and water handles were incorrectly installed. All the seams were not caulked. When he came back ,unfortunately, he used white caulking, not clear, and missed several areas. We requested a different person come back. There are still issues, unfortunately, once they received the final payment (my bad) they wouldn't come back. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We hope this review stops someone else going through this terrible experience . We are open to hearing from the company to resolve this, but we wont hold our breath. read more

In our industry, it's common for people to talk about the dream of one day owning their own business, often driven by the desire to make a lot of money. The start to our story, however, is different. It entails a motivated, young family who had worked in the home improvement industry but envisioned a different kind of home services company. The goal was not just to build a business, but to create an extended family, where employees, suppliers and most importantly, customers, were part of the family. Not coincidently, the company was founded at the same time as the family was blessed with twins. In fact, the name of the company comes from a combination of their names -- David and Isabella. The front fascia was botched, redone, and still left unfinished. The fascia work around the house was poorly done across the board, and the garage work is already falling apart. Worst of all, an entire section of roof over my laundry room wasn't properly sealed or fastened. Despite repeated promises, they never delivered. I've had to hire a second roofing company just to fix their shoddy work. The owner won't even return my calls--clearly he doesn't stand by his work or care about customers. Bottom line: subpar quality, no accountability, and a total lack of professionalism.

We had to refinance our house, and even though we paid the creep in full, he still tried to sue us and take our house. We shared our experience with some of our friends and found out that we aren't the only ones he's done this to.

The estimate he gave was to replace 1/2 of a 2017 roof for $3.000. Literally. When i called him out, the bid went to $200 (too cheap). Miscommunications happen.....you may have better luck. Frankie J. came out yesterday and gave us an estimate for a new roof. He was so down-to-earth, friendly, professional, and took the time to get to know us. He was like family when he left. Every aspect of the roofing project was discussed. He took pictures of various areas of our roof, explaining exactly what was wrong with our current roof in great detail. There was no doubt that this roof needed to be replaced sooner rather than later. Then he actually showed and explained all various layers of the GAF new roofing materials that would be used for the new roof. We were impressed with the quality of materials, the 50-year material guarantee and the 25-year labor guarantee provided by GAF. The workers are trained to meet GAF standards and are retrained yearly on new materials and updated requirements. Needless to say, we were impressed by the overall presentation and dedication DaBella/GAF has for its customers. As far as the actual reroofing, that will be completed within the next few months. Materials will be ordered, delivered to the site, covered, and then installed as time and weather permits. We anticipate that this project will be done as stated and in a timely manner. Guy came to my door quite some time ago. He told me that our roof appeared to need work. I told him that my husband is a builder and that the roof is relatively new and in good shape and he left. I've heard multiple stories of homeowners who have been told by DaBella workers who rang their doorbells that they needed to have their roofs replaced and it could be done for about $30,000. When they checked with reputable companies, or their insurance, they were told that it wasn't true. Not a company that I'd ever work with. Apparently their employees work on commission. read more

Sales staff did an amazing job but after signing the contract and waiting 3 months for our windows I had to try and find out what the hold up was after 10 calls in 10 days with no answer I had to call customer service to cancel the sale only to receive a call from a manager to let me know the could not make over half of our order because of the house settling ya the house build in the 1990's this is not a reliable company and I will never do business with them in the future and would not recommend them at all. read more

They knew what I needed and did a good job explaining the process of getting things financed and how long and when they would be able to get the job done. Just got my roof and gutters replaced by DaBella. Patrick came by and did the inspection and showed me the product. I was impressed. After pulling the trigger, I was sure I'd have to wait until Spring but I had my new roof before Thanksgiving and the gutters shortly after that.
