I've had to hire a second roofing company just to fix their shoddy work. The owner won't even return my calls--clearly he doesn't stand by his work or care about customers. In this instance, I was so shocked by Andrew's confusion that I had to share the experience. The estimate we requested was to repair a a 20 inch by 28 inch patch where we removed an old chimney. The estimate he gave was to replace 1/2 of a 2017 roof for $3.000. Literally. When i called him out, the bid went to $200 (too cheap). Miscommunications happen.....you may have better luck. Me, I don't believe that mistakes like this just happen
