I didn't receive an update about the dress until may 10th JUST for them to say that there's a delay and push back the day i get my dress to May 19th, THREE DAYS before my prom day. On May 19th the appointment for me to come was scheduled at 4, then they called AGAIN to push the time for me to come to 6:45 pm. Upon arrival at 6:45 the girl at the desk already had a shady attitude, they then tell us to give them a second that they're going in the back to get it. They didn't come out until an hour later at 7:50pm, at this point the store is closed and everything since 7:30pm. When they brought the dress out, it was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT dress from what was ordered. I ordered a sliver/nude bling dress that they had on display at the front of the store that cost around 1,800 dollars, and the dress they brought out was completely different from the one they have on displayed. It wasn't nude, it was brown. We even paid for extra embellishments around the corset and it was completely different from the embellishments on the dress originally. The material was cheap, the tailoring was horrible, everything was just all around disgusting, and now i'm left without a dress and my prom is in 3 days. and the CHERRY on top, the people were so rude and had a horrible attitude and even slammed the door in our faces when we were mentioning the complete differences in the dress that was advertised. they shouldn't have taken on more than what they could've managed. this boutique needs to go out of business IMMEDIATELY. For your own good, DO NOT GO HERE i'm begging you to please not go here. I'm even going to make a separate review with the pictures of what they advertised and what i got. I came in to this boutique four days before my birthday party on Saturday at the dress I had originally ordered from an online merchant was stuck in China and I was frantic! I was referred to this boutique by one of my best friends, and she said I wouldn't have to look any further. I walked in and had the warmest greetings. I described exactly what I was looking for and what the theme of my party was and they made suggestions but ultimately they ended up making a custom dress for me that was completed in two days.!!!!! Two days for a completely custom dress that matched the theme of my birthday perfectly they really came through in the clutch and the quality of the dresses were out of control! I am giving them a 1 because I can't give a zero. I live out of town and ordered from them. Paid for specific details that was not present on dress when it initially arrived. Spoke to the person who calls herself the manager and sh pretty much would t let me speak and spoke to customers in the background while I was calmly explaining my issue. At one point I had to say "if you be quiet for a moment you will hear exactly what I need for my dress" still calm at this point. When my dress returned for a second time, one detail was fixed the second major detail was not AND there was a hole in the dress. So this makes twice i receivers a dress that I paid almost 300 dollars for and was wrong on THEIR end. Reached out once again (two days to my event) and the "manager" only offered for me to either ship the dress back before she can reship another or for me to purchase an entirely new dress....(two days from my event and oh yea, did I mention I live out of town....). At this point, I am rightfully upset and pretty much pleading for some sort of resolution, she told me that there were no other options even though her options would result in a dress after my event date (even offered to send the package and send proof and she still said no they must have the dress before I can get one shipped.... Two days from my event). Eventually she became frustrated and the passive aggressive turned into her hanging up on me. I sent the dress back and am currently waiting to see what they do. I would not even spend your hard earned money here. Products are OVER PRICED, and for you to spend such a large amount of money on one item, the store has NO REGARD for their customers. I reached out BEFORE purchasing and they assured me that the item would get here today 4/15 If i spent and addition $65 to rush the order. I did just that i reached out to them 4 days before my promised delivery date. They said they had not received payment and needed proof i paid. I showed proof again she assured me that my package would be here on 4/15 with the overnight shipping. They did not create my shipping label until 4/14 8:30pm. After calling and asking them 4/14 11am if it was going to ship out intime. She assured me USPS would pick up the item that evening. Well USPS doesn't come at 9pm. I called today on my promised delivery date and asked if it was going to be dropped off to usps by 3pm because that is the overnight cut off time. The lady says they don't drop off to usps , usps comes at 6pm to pick up. I explained to her the process of overnight shipping and the deadline she said it had already been shipped if i have a tracking number. I asked to speak with a manager she refused told me to call back at 6pm AFTER the USPS cut off time and speak with a manager then hung up in my face. I will be disputing with my bank and rejecting the delivery because this is absolutely outrageous. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau because they do not need to be an online merchant. I ordered a custom gown from here. Initially the process of only cash payments should've been the red flag. Anyways I showed them exactly how I wanted my gown to look & they did just that. It looks as the picture I gave them however I gave them 3 months to make it in advance. Fast forward the dress is pretty & nice but the quality is cheap. It looks like somebody threw the dress together within a week. The garments were cut out tacky & some parts are glued while others are sewn. Pieces are falling off & etc. definitely not worth the $800 I spent. I wish they actually thought about the people rather than the income. read more

Worse customer service ever. I purchased a dress from this company (keep in mind I have purchased from them multiple times in the past). I requested for my dress to be ready by 9/20 and it was requested that i pay an additional $40 fee. On 9/20 I sent them a message inquiring about what time I can pick up the dress. I was then told the dress will be mailed on that day and will arrive the following day. I reminded them that I requested a specific date and paid for the dress to be ready ON THAT DATE and rather than owning their wrong they jumped to saying "if you don't want the dress let us know before we send it". Fast forward I requested a refund of my expedited fee and was told the person that manages refunds was on vacation. Fast forward to 1.5 weeks later, I messaged them on Ig got no response, called 3x was put on hold for 30 mins when I asked to speak with a supervisor. So I later show up to the store (there were no customers in there so they were clearly NOT busy). When I walked in requesting to speak to the supervisor "Lisa" laughed and stated "she's out to lunch". Lisa then proceeded to argue with me and blatantly told me that they don't do refunds (contradicting what the screenshot below said) and told me I was not getting my expedited fee back. Fulfillment takes 7-14 business days and then you have to wait another 3 days for shipping unless you pay $39.99 for expedited shipping. However, I reached out to the staff and my shipment status was changed to "shipped" so my order could reach in time for my birthday without having to pay the outrageous $39.99 expedited shipping fee. I Purchased the Dubai dress from this boutique for $600+ Cash and I was told that they are not able to alter it for me because its after 3 days, however when I looked at their policy online, it states that there are no refunds or exchanges after 3 days. The policy also states that any items purchased, if not a custom item, CAN be tailored ! I spoke with the manager Lisa and explained to her that it was neither an exchange or refund and was told to take my dress to another seamstress to get it adjusted because there's nothing that they can do for me. The customer service is horrible here, via phone calls and in store experience. The dress needs to be tailored around the boob area and the back area. minor adjustments  in which I even  offered to pay an additional fee if necessary because I'd rather get it adjusted from the exact place that i purchased it from, than to take it to some seamstress that may end up ruining the dress completely or not having the same fabric. If customers are spending hundreds of dollars with any boutique, adjustments should be able to be made, free of charge or minimum fee if any! Customer Service is key in business and this boutique definitely has a lot of work and improving to do! I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS PLACE!  Mind you I never got the wear this dress and probably never will get the chance to! I feel like I got scammed out of my money. I was nervous because my birthday is Oct.1st and I didn't know if the dress was gonna be here in time. I ordered it Sept.18th and had it by the 26th. if you order online it TAKES 3-4 WEEKS possibly. If i don't receive my dress for my birthday tomorrow I'm going to pissed!!! I'm tryna stay calm but my experience with them has been horrible! I wish i would've read the reviews 1st. I ordered a dress a month ago in a xl. When the dress came it looked like a medium smh. Not only that it looked soooo cheap and definitely not how it looked online. I was told i could return it and to go get sized and that it could be redone. I got sized and sent the dress back but i picked a different dress instead this time because of how poorly the material was on the 1st dress. HORRIBLE literally horrible customer service both times I have ordered. I honestly don't even know where to begin. I ordered a dress about a month ago and called a week 1/2 in advance to make sure my dress would be here on time for my birthday. The lady told me if I paid an extra $25 they could expedite shipping and I would be SURE to receive it before my birthday. So I paid it. One week later (3 days before I needed it) I get a call from the shop saying that they ordered the wrong piece for my dress & that I either take the dress with the incorrect diamond piece (which was extremely cheap looking) or choose a new dress. I chose a new dress and get a shipping notification the next day saying the dress would arrive two days after I needed it.. even though they assured me it wouldn't. What sent me is the fact that when I text messaged the receptionist she tried to tell me that they never assured me that it would arrive before the day that I needed it & that they told me it would arrive after. Why would I pay for expedited shipping if i was told it would arrive after. Bottom line this is the second and last time I will order from them. Terrible Customer Service indeed. I was looking for a dress for new years , although their items are known to be expensive I was willing to spend the money on a nice new year eve dress. The first sale girl was very sweet ( I think she was new) she was showing me different style dresses, however the style I liked was on the window displayed. I asked if I can try the displayed item. However, when the sale girl asked the girl that appeared to be in charge, she stated that I had to order the dress because window displayed items are not to be tried on. ( she was very rude and did not even appeared to care to make a sale). I asked her, how I was going to pay for a dress if I don't know how the dress fits. She stated that they can size me and they can order me the dress. However, who commits to a dress without trying it on? At least when I buy a dress online, I know that I can return it for a credit or a refund. The rude sale girl did not even explained her return or credit policy.
