Horrible customer service. To the point we're I feel discriminated by the owners. If you do not purchase anything from them, they will archive your phone number on WhatsApp, so if you have future questions on the price of an item, they don't reply to you. Since they don't have prices on their clothes, I have no other choice but to ask ask for the prices thru WhatsApp, like they said to do. And since I've never have purchase anything from them, they have me on archived thru WhatsApp were they don't receive anymore of my messages and therefore they don't reply. Terrible, Horrible and discrimination against customers that haven't had the chance to purchase any of their overpriced clothes. The the lady owner sent me a picture of this review that I posted on Google and instead of being apologetic, she was very nasty and rude. Also insulting me by saying that I can't afford her prices. I came uptown to check out this store as a friend of mine mentioned it may have some decent, unique reception dress options for my wedding. I already have a reception dress but wanted to pick up a back up since I don't love my dresses fit now that I've lost a bit of weight. I let the owner know that my wedding dress was the same brand as my prior reception dress and that I bought it while I was travelling abroad- which fortunately had brought down the price significantly. After mentioning this to the owner she asked me the price of my reception dress which I thought was odd... She then proceeded to spend the next 10 minutes berating me, my reception dress as well as my taste in clothing. She implied that I was lying, called my reception dress cheap and suggested that at that price point it must be used (which is completely untrue). I have never felt so attacked during a retail experience. I try to avoid conflict- so I assumed that this was just a simple misunderstanding and that she might think that I was seeking a discount- so I explained to her I was happy to pay the sticker price on her dresses if I liked one. However, she kept going... She finally paused for a breath after about another 5 minutes and I asked if she could focus on helping me find a new reception dress rather than attacking a reception dress that she had never seen. She then got very confrontational and explained that she was trying to "teach me a lesson" on how to shop and told me if I didn't want to hear her out I could go elsewhere- which I gladly did. I have never never felt so offended. I literally went out of my way and took the 1 train about an hour north of where I live in midtown to check this place out. Her prices are much lower than the shops in my area since she's all the way uptown (almost in the Bronx) and significantly below my budget - but I guess the saying is true... you get what you pay for. This is a tiny mini store with a terrible customer service. Owner is very tough with no manners. Very unprofessional. You can find nice stuffs but the owner lacks of people skills. Items are overpriced. If you want to buy Gracia clothing go to Gracia website or bloomingdale's outlet instead you will find same items way cheaper. I asked to try the items that I already paid (almost 300 dollars) and owner told me fitting room is closed (this is not true they upload videos and pictures of customers trying on). Owner told me you should know your size and pointed to a sign saying no refund no exchange. Before I left someone called her in her Cell phone and she was talking bad and making fun of a client who shopped before me (the way she was dressed and that she doesn't look like she has money) I should have read reviews before going there, the positive reviews the store has are from their family members and friends (check their Instagram pictures and you will see there the names of the good reviewers). Stay away from this store, spend your money in another place, there are a couple of boutiques in Washington Heights with same clothing, better prices and great customer services. read more

After paying about 60$ in taxi/ uber fees to visit this store from Mahattan, as i followed them on instagram and liked the statement pieces that their store apparently showcased. Upon arrival, my friend and i stood outside for about 10 mins and watched the sales clerk carry on a conversation like we were not there. After i had to buzz the door again, she let us in and proceeded to have a seat behind the register.. No we were not greeted or asked if we needed any help. In effort to break the ice, i informed her that we were visiting from out of the country , no response from the clerk. We were treated as if we were a nuisance, intrusive on interrupting her day and conversation. I tried on two pieces and at the end of the day, i had already decided that i was not welcomed, so they did not need my money. I asked her what time the store closed, mind you it was shortly after 3, their site states they closed at 6. The clerk promptly told me right now. We got the hell out of dodge. Upon returning home, i sent a respectful message via instagram, informing the owners of the poor treatment we received while there. Instead of being apologetic, remorseful. The owner condoned the bad treatment of her employee and threatened to block me???!! Delusional, i swiftly informed her that i dictate where i spend my money, and i would not be patronizing their business. In conclusion, DO NOT go there, not worth the rudeness or the disrespect. read more
