Their site says shipping can take up to 30 days -- which I was fine with -- but it's now been double that. Still no shipment, no tracking, and no straight answers. The real issue: they advertise and sell items they don't actually have in stock. That's misleading at best. It takes them nearly two weeks just to respond to a simple email, and there's no phone support whatsoever. I thought I would save a few dollars on a 10mm pistol but after receiving a message that it might take 30 days to deliver, I had tried numerous times to cancel the order but you truly can NOT speak to anyone. I requested a cancellation and refund confirmation, but only got the old run around and empty promises from bots and "live person". No confirmation, no refund, 2 1/2 months and counting. I genuinely looked forward to purchasing from Dack Outdoors, but unfortunately, they fell far short of expectations. An order was placed with them after a search on AmoSeek for 2 boxes of Hornady Bullets.  Three weeks later, I hadn't received a ship date even though my credit card had already been charged.  After contacting them, I was informed that their policy on their website, states it could take up to 30 days for them to ship the product.  To add insult to injury, they then pointed out that I must have missed that notice on their website and that it is clearly spelled out in their FAQs. While they responded to my emails, it felt like little effort was put into ensuring a good customer experience. I filed a dispute with AMEX and am currently wairing for that process to complete to settle this matter with Dack Outdoors.  Additionally, I filed a complaint with the BBB, which has given them an F rating, and a complaint with AmmoSeek. In further correspondence with them, they claim that a refund cannot be issued now because a dispute has arisen. On June 19, 2025, Amex informed me they reached out to Dack Outdoors and had not received a reply.  Stay away from this business. They ask me to contact the USPS, but I do not have anything to deal with USPS. How can I ask USPS to do anything about something that was not delivered to my address. The last two times they have gone 45+ days without fulfilling the order, and when I cancelled, I had to file a dispute with my credit card because they had not posted credit - a 2-month float on my money is a racket IMHO. I was told on 4/25 my order would ship early the following week at the latest. It's now 45 days later and the business appears to have no idea what has happened or when my order can be fulfilled. I have not been able to get a more definitive timeframe even tho a week ago I was assured it would ship early the week of 4/28.
