They were responsive by sending their regular maintenance guy who tried his best. Day 3 they finally sent a professional. This is when the temps were 17 degrees and below. They provided space heaters, "2". It happened to quite a few people in our neighborhood. No offer of hotel, nothing. Space heaters do not heat an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling. When she stop responding I said I was contacting my lawyer and then she promptly responded the following morning saying I'd have a login portal shortly. I still don't have a login portal and there are several things on the outside of the house that needs to be fix. This company is trash, Kathleen Smith might be a good human being but she doesn't need to be in her position if I have to threaten litigation to get a response.
