Actually a negative 5!! We went here back at the end of…read moreFebruary to see if they could fix our Bad Boy Buggy. The guy we talked to seemed like as long as we brought it in soon before they got busy they could get it fixed. We took it in the first of the next week and the guy said that they should know something by the end of the week. We called to check the progress the next week. Got the run around. Called about once a week over the next couple of weeks basically was told they were looking at it. After a month of them having it we stopped in when we were in town to talk to someone face to face. Guy said " If I knew you were in a hurry to get it fixed we wouldn't have taken the job." We tried to explain we was just trying to get an update on what was going on. And was basically told to stop checking in the would contact us when they knew something. We waited 3 more months now a total of almost 4 months of them having it. I called was told someone would call me back and no call so I call the next day and was told it's been sitting outside in the weather and not sure what's going on but they would call me that evening or 1st thing in the morning. No call. So I call again. Keith basically said they can't fix it because parts are no longer available. And even though they have spent hours trying to fix it he doesn't feel he can charge us for anything. They took the new batteries they put in out but never put my batteries back in! So I said when can we come get it he asked us to wait till the 1st of next week and to give them a call the morning we were going to get it. So Tuesday morning I call get voicemail. No call back. We get there around 12:30pm. The buggy is in worse condition than we gave it to them. The hood was laying on the floor the dash was all loose the gauges were filled with water one of the tires is almost flat. During the time we were loading it up at least 2 employees drove by us. No one spoke to us. Do we strapped it down and left. It's been 3 hours since we left and no one has even checked to see if it was us who picked it up. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE!!!!
