Noh matter who you are car buying is a nerve racking experience, having owned several vehicles i was no exception to this. I found my self at Dada Auto in Monroe off Roosevelt Blvd at approximately 3 pm yesterdayccent) I told him my budget and he did not try to upsale me, he showed mke the cars IN MY PRICE RANGE, and assured me he could get me financing. His brother (slightly smaller heavier accent/mechanic) took me for a test drive in my chosen vehicle, I loved it and the price was even better...we worked out all the deets and signed papers..I was on my way with my nice new/used range rover. As I was about to leave the owner recommended that I selected a car that I could pay for upfront and not have to worry about month payments or anything, I was almost in disagreement with this, I wanted what I liked ..but they showed me a 2017 Mercedes C350.. and it was beautiful. I ended up making the smart decision and selecting a vehicle that won't be over my head every month, and yet was still stylish and fancy. That was the owner that took the hit of me not financing, they didn't charge me ANY dealer fees, and I walked out VERY HAPPY in a Mercedes Benz no less. That is the kind of people that work at Dada Auto. I HIGHLY recommend paying them a visit if you like me hate the "vulture like" car buying experience. I bought a used car 12/13/25 and drove it about 20 miles when the lights for the ABS system came on. I called them immediately and they said that they would fix it. They had it for 3 weeks and it still wasn't fixed. Finally, they said that it was fixed but they needed someone to reprogram it. It has been 4 months and they still have not stood behind their work or their word. Although the purchasing process was seamless, the vehicle was not in the condition that they said it was in. I have found a few more things that they pieced together. Investigating the dealership more extensively would have been wise. read more

Really Should have done more reasearch. Ill never trust anyone again after this incident. Reported to the BBB Already. I am contacting a lawyer if they dont take the car back and refund me. When I pulled from the lot and put gas in, the gas leaked.I drove 30 minutes hom and a full talk went down to 3/4 of a tank. There I knw there was a problem. I let them know right away there was an issue with the car. I took it to ford who said I needed a ful pump. Dada sent a mechanic who said it was all fine. the machani told me that the car only went in revesre when he fixed it and that they put a new transmission in. he also told me that a belt in the car sounded like it was about to go out and if it did, the engine would lock up. a warning light was on but the mechanic told me there were not any issues. the car was not driving well and once again i had a full tanak and drove 10 miles home and it went to 3/4 tank of gas. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The guys are very helpful and has taught me a lot about my car. The communication is great ! When something was wrong with my car. They both took a look and fixed the issue the next day without a problem. This dealership is definitely a 10/10. read more

Dada auto is full of amazing people they gave me an amazing price on my car and they are trust worthy people and down to earth.

I purchased a vehicle from them and the check engine light came on before I could get home. I called and told them my issue and took it back the next day. He says I should have put 93 gas instead of 89 (which the car takes) because it had been sitting a while. Gives me $10 to purchase gas cleaner. After doing that the check engine light comes on again and I take it back to them again which is when all the excuses started and they began to treat me like the issue. The car has a oil leak in which they told me was power steering fluid. The car was not wanting to change gears in which they blamed on the battery not being fully charged. They acted as if I didn't have any reason to be upset and as if they had donated the vehicle to me. So here I am in the same situation of having no car and having to get a vehicle fixed that should have never been sold. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Some of the rudest, most unprofessional people I've ever come in contact with in my entire life. read more

I bought an Explorer from Dada Auto, and the check engine light came on before I got home. I contacted the dealership and they told me it was probably a problem with my gas cap. These vehicles don't even have gas caps. 2 codes came up indicating bad O2 sensors or a problem with the cadilitic converter. Dada Auto has refused to help at all. It appears they cleared the check engine light to sell the vehicle. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. You cannot trust Dada Auto. read more

We were 100% lied to at Dada. Guy told us our car had been checked out by his mechanic and he also looked at it himself, and that it looked great. He also said "no accidents." Halfway through the 2.5 hour drive home, the check engine light comes on and all sorts of lights on the dash are blinking. We take it to a trusted mechanic who says this car has the dirtiest transmission fluid he has EVER seen. Then my dad sees the car and can tell right away that the fender has been replaced (no accidents? Right...) and 3 months later, we're stuck replacing the transmission. Also the ball joint had some crude repair done to it, so we're lucky that didn't fall apart! Shame on us for trusting one guy and not having a 3rd party mechanic check the car out, but shame on Dada for selling a car in this condition and lying about it. read more

Talked with the dealer for a few days for a suv he had on the lot that seemed like a good deal. After checking out the pictures and agreeing on a price that I thought was a really good deal I decided you purchase the vehicle since it was exactly what I was looking for. I talked to him on the phone and asked him if there were any problems with it and he told me of one problem which I knew was common with those vehicles and assured me the car was in great shape and looked perfect. I rented a car and drove 400 miles to get the car. He has a guy pick me up at the car rental place and immediately I should have just gotten back in the car and went home. The car he was in looked extremely rough, no a.c., and he had a flat tire. He drove like a madman to the dealership. The car was supposed to have been ready when we got there along with paperwork. The owner wasn't there and the car wasn't out front. It was locked in a fenced in area in the back that looked like a junkyard. The window was down in the car, the inside was covered in dust and filth, there were stains, multiple things broken. A dent in the back quarter panel and huge scratch, a chunk missing out of the sidewall on a tire, it was in terrible shape. The owner never showed up. I had to rent another car to get home. I spent over $600 to go to this junk yard dealership after being lied to about the quality of the car. After finally hearing back from the dealer he simply said it was a miscommunication. I would not buy anything here. Apparently they buy junk cars and try to get them pretty enough to sale. All the pictures are taken at the right distance and the right angle to make it look good. I'm out over $600. But maybe I can save some other people their hard earned money. Run away from this place. It's worth it to pay extra somewhere nicer and now trustworthy. read more

I just bought this car in May 2015 from Dada Auto in Charlotte don't go!!!!!!! The check engine light comes on pulling in my driveway in Greensboro,NC the same day I bought it. I called them the same day and they tell me after the light resets it would go off. I know that trick, this let me know that you knew the check engine light was on before which indicates something is wrong with the car, so I told them I'm bringing it back. Then they said they can't take it back because the owner is out of the county. I've been going back and forth with them for months now. They dodge my calls, they are rude, they lie,and the customer service is horrible. The check engine light is still on, the low tie pressure light is still on, the transmission is bad, the car shakes horribly over 60 mph,now the head gasket is busted!!!! This all after we gave them a cashiers check of almost $10,000. They stole our hard earned money by selling a car they knew was not sellable. read more
