She wasn't the doctor I had chosen so unfortunately I was stuck with her. She dismissed a picture of me almost in anaphylactic shock as "I suggest taking a Claritin." She dismissed how I described living in mold infested housing meant I had symptoms of fatigue, she misunderstood mycotoxins and said "no, if you had a fungal infection I wouldn't been able to tell. I work with those people in a hospital." The unbelievable student assistant/student doctor also laughed at me after asking me what I thought I was diagnosed as. The other doctor didn't even care that the girl asked me that, she was already out of the door and didn't care. I guarantee you she brought the student doctor as an example of "here's a patient who's symptoms aren't real, let's look at her as an example of what happens to people who make up symptoms." Because of this now I'm gonna have to pay out of pocket for actual specialists and not inexperienced residents who dismiss everything. More expensive out of pocket but it will be worth it to avoid this type of BS.

My patient also heard the MA that was in her room get called out for her behavior by someone else and the MA just laughed it off. My patient also heard the doctor tell her that she can go to lunch when all patients were done but the MA or nurse said no I'm going now. My patient felt rushed and that they didn't get the proper care they should have received. when we made a follow up appointment the receptionist was still very rude and snapped have a nice day like it was an inconvenience to help us. I work in the medical field and this was one of the worst places. My patient is going to ask to be referred elsewhere.
