After ordering a medium pepperoni pizza with LIGHT sauce, we waited close to an hour for it to come out just for our pizza to have lots of sauce. Our waitress was friendly but like the whole restaurant, seemed unprofessional and poorly managed. As she was about to come refill our cups the pitcher broke and fell on the floor and splashed us. Not the server's fault but made our experience worse. To add on, she wasn't very cleanly as she cleaned the spill with bare hands and paper towels and moved a trash can, then directly went to handle food without proper sanitation. The only reason we would come back would be to try the cheese stuffed breadsticks but we probably won't be back otherwise.

She told him he would have to wait another 20 minutes He was pissed and left. This is not how a small town business should treat their local customers! We've lived here 3 years and have been loyal customers. This woman always answers the phone like she hates her job, she's always disrespectful and rude. I dont know if she's the owner or manager or just a disgruntle employee but she definitely needs some help with out to properly treat customers, especially customers with allergies!!
