We don't order here that often as it is a bit on the pricier side for pizza but when we do we absolutely love it. I'm a huge fan of their wings and love their buffalo & teriyaki flavors. Pizza is very good, probably the best in Fremont. Their monthly special pizza always sounds great. The atmosphere is the biggest draw back. It is very loud. Needs some sound deadening. There aren't enough tables and booths. It would help if more tables and booths were installed to use up empty floor space in the back. I'm sure it would help the business more than a pool table. If the atmosphere was more restaurant and less bar I would go much more often. read more

The wings are great, the awesome dog was great, the pizza was awesome . The environment is so cute, Its an old train station! The drinks are great but they are so under staffed. There was only two waitresses, I felt so bad for them because they were swamped! Excellent pizza, wings, zucchini slices, and tater tots + cinnamon sticks to finish it out. Came over from Port Clinton with my wife and our 9 yo after someone recommended it, and it did not disappoint. We got the Hawaiian pizza and it was delicious. It was nice to be able to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the pizza and other items. We ordered at the bar and then they brought it out to our table. Staff were all very friendly. This is a great neighborhood bar! We had the cheeseburger foldover, a pepperoni pizza, the awesome dog and a taco pizza. The food was all great, the service was exceptional and the price was right on point. The beer menu is decent. There's a TV viewable from every seat so we didn't miss the game! We came to Depot Pizza to meet family and have lunch. This seems like a cute place for a local pizza joint/bar. The good: they have a really good selection of craft beer. I was kind of surprised for being in such a small town that really isn't close to any bigger cities. I was impressed. Unfortunately, that was about it. They have 1 waitress/bartender working the whole place. She was OK, just took awhile to get stuff. There were 2 people in the back. I'm not sure what they were doing. I'd like to say cooking, but didn't really look like it. We ordered pizza, breadsticks, and several of us ordered subs. It took FOREVER, just about an hour. My cousin ordered a salad, which didn't come out until just before the food. It was a paper bowl of shredded lettuce and shredded cheese. That's it. hahahaha She waited that long for packaged lettuce and cheese. Our subs were awful. The buns were basically the kind you buy at GFS. They were pretty small. They were soggy on one side. There was barely any meat in the sub. The only thing that we liked were the fries and pickle. Feedback about the pizza was OK. One person thought it was awful. It looked like it was loaded with cheese. When we meet with family again, it won't be here. I wanted to like it, but it just wasn't good except for the beer. read more

We stopped one evening as we were driving through, not wanted to stop at a chain. I would say that this place is a tavern that serves pizza and not a restaurant but nonetheless is it GREAT pizza. At first we weren't sure if our kids could join us but there was no problem. Had a large pizza, 2 salads, cheese breadsticks and 2 sodas all for $28 before tip. So in addition to great food it is really reasonable. So glad we stopped! read more

Well we were passing through town staying 2 miles away,. I googled pizza places, read The reviews for most of them. This place has great reviews... I LOVE LOVE pizza. I even love frozen pizza. I called to order the guy was really nice. I order a large with HALF pepperoni and the OTHER HALF black olives and green peppers. I also ordered 6 honey mustard wings EXTRA CRISPY. The food was delivered on time to a hotel (No plates or napkins were brought for us) The wings were definately NOT even close to being crispy. The pizza had a ton pepperoni on the entire thing, under the cheese. It was impossible to pick off. Very disappointing. read more

The pizza is great, especially the Hell. The people complaining about the staff don't realize it's a bar. The bar tenders come out and take your order so when they are busy behind the bar they don't come out to take your order. And the guy who complained about waiting for a menu? Went there for the first time yesterday with my son and some friends of ours. It was only about a mile away from the Fremont/Sandusky fair (which I have to say is a great time). Great music selections playing from a jukebox. A little loud for maybe for some, but we enjoyed it! The good: The building was an old building with good character and atmosphere. The pizza was good. I can see why Depot does a lot of business. The Taco pizza that my friends ordered was excellent. The ingredients were fresh and you don't have to worry about the cheese or others ingredients lacking...there's plenty. The sauce was good but not great. Crust was thin, and again; good but not great. Great selection of brews/crafts! Specials on certain days, and other food items that you can order as well if you don't have a hankering for pizza. Prices are very reasonable as well. The bad: The service was really lacking, as we had to wait for a refill on our drinks and "to-go" boxes for our pizza, as well as the bill. The waitress wrote down the wrong items for my pizza (luckily I like just about every item so I went with it), and they charge extra for little things. The place wasn't packed due to the fair going on, so that was an indication that service would've probably been worse had they been busy. My son ordered a pop and it was brought out in a can. I was told afterwards that they have fountain drinks there with free refills? Not sure on that one as we just rolled with the can. I will be trying it again just to see if it was an "off" night regarding the service and errors regarding the food, if only to enjoy one of their taco pizzas. read more

The pizza is excellent, but get it as takeout. The service in the restaurant is horrible. Our server had no idea of what they had on tap. Our pizza arrived 15min before a salad for one of our friends. We were never asked if we needed another drink and had to go ask for the bill to leave Bartenders also stand around chatting with friends unaware other customers in restaurant. I watched one server cover the whole restaurant while bartenders stood around laughing it up with buddies at the bar. Ridiculous. read more

Took over 1/2 hour to arrive. Pizza crust burnt & bread sticks were simply a small pizza. Had to order drinks at bar & then waitress brought over menu. Never came back to see if we needed anything. Pizza seemed like a hybrid thin/thick crust. It was super cheesy and delicious. I don't know what pizza we ordered but it have hamburger, pepperoni, green peppers and banana peppers. It was great! The wings were amazing!!!! They are breaded and we had the sauce on the side which was tangy and Akbar a bit of Bbq flair to it. If I lived here this may become my Friday regular delivery. read more

Went here for the first time last night. Probably will not be going back any time soon. It took a good 25 minutes for our drinks to get to the table after I placed my order and an additional 40 to get my food. The staff seemed overwhelmed for the crowd. It was a Friday night at dinner time, but there was a few open tables, yet only one bartender that was also taking care of the floor as well. The food was good, but far from delicious. The pizzas looked great, but I opted for a sub because it sounded better than pizza. When it did come out, the bread was soggy, the meat barely warm and the chips had an almost stale texture to them. Oh yeah, did I mention, my table only saw the wait staff twice throughout our one hour 40 min visit? Definitely needs some work all the way around. read more
