Truth be told, when booking my appointment I thought I scheduled it with a different nail salon nearby that I had gone to twice before. Let's call this a happy accident. Chloe took off my gels, cleaned and shaped them beautifully. I was so happy with her attention to detail I decided to do dip instead of gel. When I asked for the change from gel to dip she accommodated my request despite the extra length of time it would take and that they were getting busy. I've had dip many times before and it seems to be a hit or miss when trying someone new, but Chloe did a superb job. The staff was very friendly despite the language barrier, they made me feel comfortable even though they spoke a little English and I spoke a little Spanish. Everyone who works there is mediocre. I just had the worst pedicure and came home to only remove the gross polish from how she horribly painted my toes. It looked like a 4 year old painted my toes. Definitely not worth the money. I could go elsewhere and get much better service. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. read more

Lovely people, but do not go here for DIP. Actually, there was even a problem with the regular pedicure on my feet. The initial experience was lovely--was greeted kindly--but three hours and $75 later and I am leaving stressed, when I came in pretty carefree. Had to ask her to shape the DIP--she was going to leave the uneven globs on there. Globs were lessened after she began to shape, but not sufficiently. After top coats and buffing my nails are pretty grainy. I have had some amazing DIP nails and some not so great ones done, and this was one of the worst. She also had cut next to my cuticle and pierced the skin. Regular pedicure is also uneven. It honestly should have gotten one star, but she was so nice that I felt bad. I was really excited about this place, but they should really not say that they do DIP if they do not have experience with it; one thing is to have done a training, and another thing is to practice. read more

The 2 stars are because the lady was very much but I am absolutely pissed about my nails. I basically threw this money in the trash. I went 2 days ago to get a refill. My nails never dried i got home and after almost 2 hours my nails still where wet i had to remove the nail polish because I had to shower and I know this was going to be a mess in my hair. Yesterday I notice how my nails where and had a heart attack. Now i have to pay more money to get this nails fix. Never again. read more

I went here on Friday because it is close to my job and needed a quick mani (really just some polish). The lady who attended me was a sweetheart. She offered to paint an extra coat on because the nail polish was so thin from reusing & probably watering them down. Two things I noticed was that first most of their polishes seemed to be old and second they reused nail files. They do a quick sanitation of their tools with a quick spritz or alcohol. They have no dry stations so unless you do a gel you're left with wet nails. I didn't touch my nails against anything and left 20 mins later after sitting to try and dry them yet they are horrendous. The polish is cracked and pushed back in some places. They truly need to invest in dry fans. read more

Went into this salon looking something close to work. When I walked in I was greeted very nicely and with a big smile, very welcoming. I was seated right away, my esthetician Lourdes was extremely nice and funny. She did a great job on my nails and really took her time on me. She was constantly asking what I like and to let her know right away if she did anything that I didn't like which was very comforting. She also did my eye brows and I'm very happy with the results she did exactly what I asked her to do which was a CLEAN UP. She left my eye brows looking natural and thick. My husband and I stumbled across this place by accident while we were in Miami for vacation and everyone was so friendly. I felt at home immediately. Danie did my mani and pedi; she was totally awesome and very personable. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect which I love. It makes me feel good about my service when someone takes the time to make sure they are satisfied with their work. Bobbie did my husband pedicure and she was great too! I never get manicures mostly because in the past some nail salons cut my skin instead of my cuticles and 2 days later my skin peels back (like hang nails everywhere...it can look real nasty too). Danie did such a good job...like OMG! No peeling at all...I'm talking about the bestest mani I've ever had...For Real!! And this is day 4 and this regular nail polish has not chipped and is still looking fresh. The Owner, Gloria is great too. She is very passionate about her business and very friendly. I love the fact that they always use a NEW buffer and nail file on each person, and they give it to you to take home if you like. What a breath of fresh air. Not many places care about sanitation and health this way. Oh and we weren't there very long either. The next time I'm in the area, I will definitely be back. A great group of ladies! read more

Needed my nails done asap and I found them close to my house. Called to make an appointment the day before and when I went in the next day, I was helped right away. Just did a Mani and my eye brows, but it went very well. A little more pricy than my usual place as the eyebrows were 15 and a regular Mani was 15, but the service was really good and the ladies were very nice. I do wish that the peices were up somewhere, so i wouldnt have to ask how much is every service. The polish lasted about an entire week. Will def go back as it's really convinient for me. Yknow, it may not have the glitziest decor, but they get the job done, are accommodating (if sometimes forgetful), and their manicurists don't Edward Scissorhands your cuticles. Also they're sweet, I had the older woman and she was cool to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Plus it's right next to my go-to blow bar. read more

Came by for a pedicure and called in last minute and was given a spot. I got there at about 5, the parking is limited and the salon is small but very clean and nice. I chose my color and sat down to get my pedi. This lady finished in about 20 ish minutes which I realize was probably because they were closing at 6. The paint job came out well, she did accidentally cut me with the buffer right after cutting my cuticles off (ouch) but was super apologetic and didn't try to paint over it or rush the bleeding until it was truly ready for polish. There really wasn't much of a massage but again I wonder if it's because I came in right before they were going to close which I understand. Will return for another try. read more

Went here yesterday looking for a new place to do my pedis at and found a gem! They treated me politely and place has a nice vibe. My problem started as soon as I sat down. The lady didn't want to give me a new set of acrylics. She told me I should just get a refill which is not what I wanted. When it came time to remove the old acrylics she started literally ripping them off and filing my natural nail way too thin. My nails where all different lengths. The nail itself was incredibly lumpy. All in all you're paying a high price for mediocre work. read more

This is my regular spot to get my nails done. I never make an appointment and they always get me in quickly. If you need to come the day before a holiday or a Friday I would recommend an appointment but otherwise it isn't necessary. The salon is clean and in good order and most important to me the staff are very nice and pleasant unlike some other salons I have been to. read more

This nail salon is right by my house so i guess it's convenient for me at times. I love the nail ladies there. They are great but I've been to better nail salons that charge the same and do better work on my nails. Every time i come to this salon they take forever and on top of it they don't shape my nails right or put enough top coat for a gel mani. I go to other places and my gel mani last almost 3 weeks to a month.. i come to this place and maybe an hour later my nail is already cracking or the gel is peeling off. I recommend other places. Plus i know the ladies have kids and babies but i work 60+ hrs a week and my nail salon experience is suppose to be relaxing. Cant relax with babies crying and the nail ladies getting distracted. read more

I only put one star bc I was required. This place is terrible. Mani and polish change on my feet took 3 hours. There was no professionalism and the nail tech made me bleed like crazy.
