I called on a Sunday morning and they had someone available right away. As I walked in I was greeted and shown where to sit. The nail tech was very nice and made great conversation throughout. She took her time to make sure my nails were on point and offered coffee or water at the beginning. The place looks and feels clean and organized. They have a lot of color choices along the wall and they even help you pick a color. As I saw the spaces I noticed all tech are making sure that the place stays neat and sanitized too. I got the acrylic refill. While I was there I saw another mom with her 8-ish year old daughter and the techs were doing both their hands. I've been coming here for years. They were my favorite go-to spot; right next to the house. But over the last few months, the quality has gone down. People have come and gone (some of the really good ones) and now I leave feeling like I'm getting sub par work. And if you let them know there's something you're not happy with, they make you feel uncomfortable about it. Never mind, I just won't come anymore. On this last go, I guessed they did a poor job buffing the nail and now it looks like they're scratched. I brought it to their attention and he said that's just the buffer (as if that's ok), or "I'll put nail polish over it" which will not last long, or "it'll take another hour if you want me to fix it" as if I had another hour. We had such a relaxing and fun time in honor of Mother's Day getting spa pedicures. We did make an appointment ahead of time which was easy and got a helpful text reminder confirming the date and time. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and shown to our chairs. It was good that they intentionally made space to sit together as at some places they have separated us when the whole point was being together. The salon is clean bright and colorful. They have more stations and types of polish than you can count. The service was excellent and we were treated very well. I had a scheduled appt at 11.30 am today- I checked in on time, was told to take a seat , moved to another seat after 3 mins then moved to pedicure chair. The aesthetician started the water and was getting ready but then suddenly took off and 5 mins later started another persons pedicure without any communication with me. I was in panics the night before a recent trip I took when I couldn't book a next day nail appointment anywhere... Luckily I came across Pink Polish! I called just before they were closing and Rowen, the super helpful and kind receptionist, was able to somehow accommodate my very last minute appointment. I had an accident and one of my nails was badly broken so Rowen suggested Dip with Tips to get everything evened out. He assured me my nail tech was super meticulous but also swift enough to get me out of the salon in time to make it to my trip -- I arrived just as they opened on a Saturday and the place was already in full swing. The salon was sparkling clean. Lined with well stocked & perfectly organized shelves of polish. Everything seemed brand new and I was pleasantly surprised to see the salon fully staffed. I was taken care of first by Nicole, who did my pedicure, she was a great conversationalist and convinced me to do a gel color that would cover the bruises from my accident. Next up was my dip mani with Lite. As promised Lite was skilled and meticulous. He studied the example photo I showed him and then quickly got to work. The result was almost exactly what I showed him and I was thrilled. I was a little disappointed however that my natural nails weren't filed down before the dip. I've never had this service done before, but I can't imagine seeing the natural nail beneath the tips is a look. This became more annoying as the week went by... And while Lite completely got the polish style right, the dip itself was laid pretty thickly, which created a more raised nail bed look that I'm not a fan of. The 2 services totaled $120 (excluding tip) $40 for pedicure and $80 for the dip. I found it pretty pricey especially for the pedicure... But all in all I walked out of there very pleased to have been taken in on such short notice. read more

I found this place because of Yelp and decided to give it a try. I was able to schedule an appointment the day of for a pedicure at 6PM. The young man who answered the phone was super kind and helpful. I arrived at 6PM and was greeted by the same young man and offered a beverage to drink right away. The salon is large, spacious, and very clean. I appreciated that their menu was very descriptive and had the price next to the service. I was taken to my pedicure at 6:30 so I waited for about 30 minutes after I checked in but I was not in hurry. I ended up selecting the Deluxe Spa in the fragrance lavender. It smelled so relaxing. The girl who take care of me was a young girl named Ida. She was very kind and really took her time with my feet. I get many ingrown nails and cuticles and she made sure to take them out. She was also very receptive and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I truly enjoyed my pedicure and would definitely come back again. My only two downfalls are that I ended up getting gel polish on my toes and for some reason they are extremely sticky and they are a bit on the pricey side. read more

Less than a week later and here I am looking like a fool. Here's my full experience: My regular nail lady had a family emergency the week of thanksgiving and needed to leave town, but I needed a manicure for thanksgiving. I looked at highest rated nail places near me on Yelp since I was in a pinch, and called around. I was relieved pink polish was able to offer me an appointment the next day, the day before thanksgiving. Fast forward. I walk in at 5:55 for my 6pm appointment. There are some people doing manis, some pedis, some walking in and out. I was greeted immediately by a man who I presume to be the owner who asked if I had an appointment. I said yes 6pm and he told me to pick a color. I did just that and sat down to wait. As I waited, several people walked in asking for a mani/pedi, stating that they don't have an appointment, but he said he could squeeze them in. 15 min later I get my nails wrapped by him, and then asked to move so he could do another lady's nails who emerged from the back room. No problem--she was prob here first. I wait more and more walk ins enter and are queued. When an associate walked up to the books I informed him I had somewhere to be and asked how long it would be. He just looked at me and walked to the back. Finally, one of the nail techs approached the front and asked "who's my next victim" and a walk in began standing up!! I stood up and said "actually I have been waiting" and the owner looked up and said yes she has an appointment. 45 mins from my appointment time I'm finally in the chair and she is stopping to talk to people, asking about a party, and my favorite part, COMPLAINING the WHOLE time about still needing to work and wanting to leave. She literally asked her coworker take me on and whined when they laughed her off. She stopped to talk SEVERALLLL times during my manicure, and seemed to not even be looking while filing at one point. I ended up spending 2 hours and 15 mins at this place. With an appointment and for JUST hands-- this is unacceptable. I had to cancel my plans because I was too late to make it. The top coat started chipping after 2 days. Another 2 days later, my first tip pops off...the next my second. I think it's the way the tips were applied, which didn't match the rest of my nails (see photo) nor did it even seem fully applied. Im SUPER annoyed I paid for this BS because I could have just saved the money and done it myself at home for this. Next time, I will. If you're looking for timely service or a lasting dip manicure, look elsewhere. read more

Before letting me see the lines she did, if she deemed them not good enough herself, she took it upon herself to redo it 3 or 4 times until she felt it was good enough.
