He agreed to proceed. I sent my blank t-shirts, which were delivered on November 17, 2025, and then sent my high-density print rubber with my logo on November 28, 2025. However, he did not communicate the labor costs involved. We communicated until December 5, 2025, but I did not hear from him again for nearly three weeks until December 22, 2025. When he finally responded, he explained that he had to step away for business unexpectedly, but he failed to inform me of this situation beforehand. Since December 22, I have not received any further updates. I have called daily and sent an email, but I have not heard back for nearly a month. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his business practices. At this point, I simply want my items returned, as I am not willing to wait any longer. If you are looking for someone who prioritizes effective communication and values your time, I would not recommend going to Hialeah Printing.

In January I went to this business to place a t-shirt order, and liked the fact the owners Ofelia and Mauricio had claimed to have done some work in the past at my sons school. As a result I placed my order. Just recently the shirts arrived with issues. I understand many businesses were closed because of CORONA but when they finally opened it was pulling teeth to send me the design which I had told them exactly how I wanted it. To my surprise in less than a few days the shirts were done BUT I couldn't check them at the office as Ofelia the owner had stated I would be able to. When I got there for pick up Mauricio one of the owners, put my shirts in a bag outside and I had to leave. I was finally happy I was getting the shirts. Later on that evening as I was sorting through the bag I noticed 3 of them were wrong. I sent her an email and her response was " The shirts come from the manufacturer, there's nothing we can do" so I'm stuck with shirts that can't be worn. After three emails and a couple of calls with no answer I gave up.This is why I'm writing this review so others do not get screwed as I did.

I employed "Skals IT" to speed up my laptop and fix the "no sounds" out of speakers or headphones…read moreissue it recently had. Had happened in the last two days, were working and just suddenly stopped working. But did work to an external source like extended screen. The good - he accessed my laptop by remote connection and he cleared a lot of bloatware with CC Cleaner free version. And did get my laptop to run better. But he couldn't get my sound to work on on speakers or headphones and after uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers a few times, he stated that the sound-card must have failed on the laptop, which either requires a used motherboard to be fitted (because new aren't available) or buy a new laptop. The bad: So I did some digging and found an app called "Fortrek for windows". I paid for one year's service and "Fortrek" went right through my laptop, cleared up more junk on it AND updated every driver that was out of date. It rebooted my laptop after all processes and guess what? My sound is now working on the speakers and on the headphones perfectly.
