Since it was only myself, my request was to be picked up after a celebration dinner at 9:30pm near the Grandview/Tri village area. Kristin was Awesome, she was actually a little early & texted me to let me know all I needed to do was text her back when I was ready and she would pull Up front to the restaurant & pick me up. Kristin was so personable, kind & professional. The vehicle itself was comfortable, very clean & easy to spot when It approached me for my pick up. The best part is the price comparison to Lyft this is such a no brainer ~ for piece of mind in my safely, the easy set up for the ride, great communication, knowing I'm supporting a small business for literally just a few dollars more & a great experience it's a 100 percent recommendation for sure! Kristin was always on time, she was pleasant and the kids loved her. She Drives sent text updates to confirm she was scheduled, in route, and when the kids were safely at school.
