I decided to try H.E.R. after my last visit where I used to go, I still had some facial hair. This time at H.E.R. there is no facial hair left. The owner (I didn't ask her name) was very sweet and passionate about her business and her work. She makes her own sugar wax and sugar scrub for after care. The appointment was quick. Maybe a half hour from parking to being back in my car to go home. Everything was clean and quick and she asked questions to determine how to proceed with the wax and what kind of aftercare I would have. Suzanne wouldn't accept the Groupon saying that I signed last year and complained that she can't make any money with Groupon. She told me to call Groupon to get my money back or give the Groupon as a gift. Groupon wouldn't give me my money back because they have a 3 day return fee. Suzanne called Groupon and they said they would reimburse me. They didn't. I'm stuck with the Groupon that Suzanne won't honor. Yes, I signed a one use Groupon form. But Suzanne, how about honoring the second on an honest mistake? Your facial was very good, your business practices, not so much.
