I live in the area and have been going to Anita, the owner, for various treatments for 20 years. NEVER EVER have I seen her angry or disrespectful to a client, even when they TRULY deserved it. It's so easy to give someone a bad review on the anonymous internet rather than sharing this experience directly with the owner, who I know first hand, always puts the customer first and is happy to make any wrong right. This is really the only place you need to go for the best spa experience on the East End. Stunning, clean new, expanded space with some of the best technicians and staff of anywhere I have travelled. I have been here several times, but the last 2 experiences were AWESOME! I had a facial with Laura, her attention to detail and true interest in allowing your skin to glow was so appreciated. She was able to explain to me things I didn't know about the skin on my face and recommend things I can do at home to care for my face. Today I had a full body scrub/ full body massage with Lady.... I have never had such a great experience. She asked about areas to focus on and really did a wonderful job working out all the tensions in my body. I would highly recommend both!! I love Spa27. I go for my manicures, pedicures, and waxing appointments. A friend had told me they reopened and told me how clean and safe it felt, so I booked my appointments immediately. Spa27 has always been a very clean spa/salon and they maintained those standards as we endure the COVID-19 situation. They check your temperature when you arrive, you wear your mask the whole time and wash your hands upon arrival. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout the entire appointment. Even before COVID-19 hit, I was impressed with Spa 27. The place was always kept clean and the manicurists were all good. I walked in yesterday and was not disappointed. They took my temperature right away; everyone was wearing gloves, masks and face shields; plexiglas glass barriers are up between you and manicurist AND similar are barriers between pedicure chairs. I felt completely safe and, although I don't typically write reviews, I hope this one convinces others to go to Spa 27! read more

I have had facials and pedicures from NYC to Montauk to Greenport and beyond. My facial and pedi today at Spa 27 topped them all! I had a platinum age facial with Olga and not only will be going back asap but will be taking my 95 year old mother to her too. It was spectacular. The pedi with Annabell was one of the best too. I had a 90 My massage was with Kelly. I get massages as often as possible. Not only was she great at massaging ( truly skilled) but she spent time stretching and teaching me how to use a foam roller for my hamstrings!! The staff was friendly. Spa 27 is a great salon. They offer a variety of services. The massages and facials are great. I particularly enjoy the Spa Pedicure, and a manicure. I visited yesterday and had a manicure and pedicure. At all times everyone had masks. Lucite partitions installed and also every other seat was kept empty so never near any others. They are all excellent including the massages. I now have weekly manicure appointements. Definitely the place to go in the Hamptons. read more
