The staff at desk make you feel so welcome the moment you walk through the door. I came here with my sister-in-law who was visiting from Florida and wanted a massage. We booked though Groupon and got two services for two at a really great price. We both got facials and massages and both were awesome! The massage was with Joe who took the time to explain about back and muscle issues and how to resolve them. He was excellent and informative and the massage was amazing! Jen did my facial and it really was the best facial I have ever had! It was relaxing and soothing and she was so nice and comforting. I had the caviar facial which was so awesome...no it doesn't smell like caviar but has so many minerals and antioxidants that you leave feeling so amazing! My skin looked great when I left there and still does days later! She will also discuss skin products with you and let you know exactly what you need. I got the vitamin C serum which is one of the best products I have ever used! This entire spa experience was just so relaxing and wonderful that I highly recommend checking it out. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on their services because when I went to get a facial and eyebrow wax, I found my facialist and the receptionist unmasked. When I asked if she was vaccinated, she responded that she chose not to reveal that information. Then she gave me an incorrect story about HIPPA rules. I said sorry and walked to the receptionists and asked if she had any technicians who were vaccinated. She gave me a similar response that indicated she wasn't familiar with HIPPA rules. Today I made another appointment at a spa for a facial and asked before booking it if the facialist had been vaccinated. My mom and I had bought a Groupon for spa Bellezza back in March and we were finally able to redeem it today and it was work the wait!! We have both been to quite a few spas in the past for facials and massages but this was one of the best experiences we have ever had! Tina Marie and her staff were amazing and extremely well trained in what they do. We both left with glowing skin after getting the oxygen facial and glycolic peel and our bodies felt rejuvenated after the warm bamboo massage. Today I returned for a facial and eyebrow wax. I booked the avocado facial, which was a special for the month. It was great! My esthetician was Vera and she made me feel right at home. Even through the painful extractions I felt comfortable and relaxed. I left there with glowing skin. I can't wait to go back for my next facial. The only complaint I had was the booking process. I booked the avocado facial and eyebrow wax for 10am and received an e-mail confirmation that I was booked for a deep cleansing facial at 10am. I tried to call to clarify the appointment but the phone just rang busy for several attempts. I emailed back to clarify I was booking the avocado facial and not the deep cleansing but didn't hear back from anyone. At 950 I received a call from the salon that I was late for my 945 appointment. I told her that I was actually sitting in the parking lot killing some time because I got there early. My email confirmation clearly stated a 10 am appointment. They were very nice about it and I went in right away. I got my eyebrows done first and then right in for my facial. After my cleanser and scrub, I asked Vera about the avocado facial and she said that my ticket said a deep cleansing facial but she was happy to customize the treatment for me. I've been coming here for years with my family so it makes me upset to give this establishment such a poor review, but I no longer feel welcome here and had a horrific experience. I came here with my sister and had a gift certificate my mother had given to us. We walk into their quiet/relaxation room and sit, and that's when a woman with a neck wrap asked us if we worked there. What?? Then a masseuse asks for my sister and leads her to their room, and the same woman who asked us if we worked there called my name! She was my masseuse. After 15 minutes of having her dribble cold oil on my arms and legs and patting them like a dog (not even exaggerating) I said that I didn't feel well and wanted to cut the massage short. I walked out to the front desk and told the owner about my experience. The only thing she had to say was "Did you tell her to go harder? We're not refunding you because you cut it short." I didn't even demand a refund! I felt so unwelcome and she didn't seem sorry one bit about my experience, even though I have been to Spa Bellezza at least 10 times throughout the years. I assume the owner went to the back of the spa and spoke to my masseuse, who then walked out to where I was and said "You have a job, right? Well I have one and I need to get paid, so we are still taking the massage out of your mother's gift certificate." I was so upset that she thought it was acceptable to corner me and say this. I walked out in tears. I'm sad this place has gone so downhill and treats loyal customers like this. I won't be coming back, luckily there are many spas on the east end that deserve the money I earn at my job. read more

Spa Bellezza is a beautiful place. It is incredibly clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and well-informed. I have had massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures with a variety of therapists. I visited the spa last year and my sister and I had an amazing experience, so for my birthday we both decided to pamper ourselves again at this spa. Unfortunately, my experience from today was far from good. I arrived today around 10:05 due to some delays from traffic, and as soon as I enter the spa I was greeted by a very agitated manager. She asked me if I was going to pay for my sister and I or we were going to pay separately, I told her that I bought a groupon for both of us, she seemed a bit annoyed that we bought a groupon instead of buying directly from the store even though I made this clear when I made the appointment. After she put the Groupon in the system she told me that gratitude was not included and I had to leave it in the box. I honestly found this comment unprofessional, I'm not sure if she was judging me because I bought a groupon she assumed that I wasn't going to tip. I been to a lot of other spas before and I have never seen this type of behavior from the receptionist before. She then rushed me behind the curtains and started telling me that my massage would be cut short because I was running late and that I had to go in right away, so I told her that I wanted to wait for my sister to arrive. After a couple of minutes another lady walked in and her attitude was completely different, she was nice and pleasant with her and did not mentioned anything about leaving a tip. At that point I was really upset because the whole reason why I went to spa in the first place was to feel relaxed and enjoy time with my sister, I don't think her attitude was appropriate, I acknowledge that I was a few minutes late and I know Joseph has other clients. At that point I honestly wanted to walk out because I felt disrespected, but Joseph was wonderful last time I was there and I decided to stay. To be honest I didn't enjoy my massage at all, i did not feel relaxed because all I kept thinking was how disrespectful and unprofessional the manager was. the entire time I was there all I wanted to do was get dress and run away. After the massage was over the manager refused to acknowledge us, we were standing in front of her for 5 minutes while she talked on the phone, then she proceeded to talk to another employee as we weren't even there. When she finally felt like helping us I asked her for an email where I could talk to someone and she just gave me a pamphlet and said it should be there and pointed at the address of the place. I told her she was just pointed at the address and she said we'll just go online you will find it there. She asked me the reason why I need the email and I told her the truth about how she impacted my experience in such a negative way and I was expressing my experience she continued to talk over me, I had to ask her to let me talk but she continued to talk over me and kept saying that I was late. At that point I felt like It didn't matter what I said to her, she obviously felt that we were at fault for being late so I just walked away. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from the manager today 100% of the purchases I make are based on customer service. I wish I would have enjoy my birthday in a different manner, but sadly I will not return where I feel that my business is not appreciated because I bought a groupon instead of paying full price for a service. It's honestly a shame because Joseph and Jennifer are wonderful. I will like to update to my review and mention that I noticed that some of the reviews posted either on this site or from Facebook come from employees, and they openly admit to working at the spa. read more

I have been going to Spa Bellezza for two years now and I love it. I have had chronic back pain for years and I literally have to get massages every few weeks or I can't function. Joe is my savior because he always knows how to relieve my aching muscles and pains. His whole demeanor is calm and so positive. Every one at the spa, from Sarah when you come in to all the massage therapists are wonderful. I have had massages with Stephanie as well and she is also incredible. It is so nice to find a place with affordable great service and ambiance. The teas, the neck warmers, everything is such a treat. I can't wait to go back. I just walked out of an amazing deep tissue massage by Stacey. The look and feel of Spa Bellezza is exactly what I was hoping for. It offers such a soothing ambiance as well as herbal hot teas, coffee, warmed neck wraps, and hot stones during the massage. I walked in with lower back tension and feeling three times my age. I had Marlene...she always had one hand on me...her gentle ways were so soothing! My sister had Joe and her comment was "the best massage she had ever had." He did some pressure points which really loosened her up! Tina Marie the owner and therapist requires monthly training for her staff. She is the welcoming face to this terrific place. Visited Spa Bellezza for a heavenly massage, facial, mani/pedi. Everyone was incredibly nice as soon as I walked in. Joe gave a great massage and the facial by Jen was wonderful. The manicure and pedicure was very "spa-like" and relaxing as well; however, the paint job was less than perfect..missing sides, paint on skin, very globby spots etc. Would definitely recommend for any spa services though! read more

I came here as part of an awesome bachelorette party, in a group of 13. We were well taken care of, treated wonderfully and were lucky enough to spend a perfectly relaxing day with the masseuses and staff of Spa Bellezza. Since there were so many of us getting a variety of treatments, im sure it wasn't easy to accommodate everything in a timely manner so that we could get to our next bachelorette activity- BUT they did it!!!! They had 5 masseurs working for us, doing facials and massages, and everyone came away happy and relaxed. Many in our group were first-time spa-goers but the staff was competent and friendly and helped make everyone comfortable. The treatment rooms were clean and sanitary, and we have no complains. The owner was so sweet and checked in on us multiple times to ensure our day was going as planned. I recently had part of my bachelorette party at Spa Bellezza. We were able to rent out the entire spa on a Sunday afternoon and my bridal party of over 8 were well taken care of. We were able to bring in our own food and drinks and relaxed in the waiting area while everyone had different services. The facials were amazing and relaxing, the massages were well performed, and the treatment by the staff was perfection! We already are planning our next trip to Spa Bellezza before the wedding day. Warm friendly atmosphere, they started us in a relaxation room with water and coffee. Then brought us into our individual rooms for our treatments. My sister and I got facials special for our acne. It was amazing. Had some steam, many different creams, and masks. Then she did an extraction which I love. The lady put hot gloves on my hands during the treatment, massaged my hands, arms, legs, and feet while I had a mask on. Overall amazing. Highly recommended. read more
