However, the outcome did not reflect the confidence that was initially communicated, and I was ultimately left in a difficult financial position. One of my biggest concerns was the lack of direct communication. Despite requesting to speak with the attorney handling my case, I never had the opportunity to do so. Instead, I was assigned a case manager who, in my experience, did not seem fully informed about the details or progress of my case. Overall, I feel that my expectations were not properly managed, and I wish there had been more transparency about the risks involved. I would encourage others to make sure they have direct access to their attorney and a clear understanding of potential outcomes before proceeding. I need to correct several points in your response because that was not my experience. At no point did I have a direct conversation with you where any of this was clearly explained.
