Nareg Gourjian was referred to me by my boss and let me tell you it was life saving, I had a restraining order violation and I had no idea what to do as I didn't think I had done anything wrong so I turned to my friends and family for advice and attorney referral. After meeting with a few different attorneys that had no clue how to deal with my case I decided to meet with Mr. Gourjian and let me tell you he is a sharp attorney, He was very friendly and knowledgeable from the start and after reviewing my case and documents he was able to point out that I did not violate the order and was able to have the court and the DA dismiss my case. This is amazing for many reasons, one is that I met with two other attorneys, the judge in the case, the DA and the public defender and none of them noticed that I had not violated the order but Mr. Gourjian did and two is that case was dismissed and I was able to see my daughter again after two and half months. He also had a bail bonds man there at court for me just in case the judge was going to take me in custody which did not happen but just to have an attorney go out of there way to make sure that if something went wrong I would not have to spend time in jail waiting to get bailed out was just as classy as you can get. My mother was in a minor accident where she was rear ended TWO YEARS AGO. Since then it's been nothing but leaving voicemails for my assistant who is now gone and the person that took over for him and is very unresponsive as well. We have to practically harass them in order to get a call back and when we get a call back it's the same story over and over, we are negotiating the bills due to the doctors office. Now keep in mind this was two years ago already. I understand this is a process but she was not severely injured to where there was dozens of doctors involved. How can a 5 star law firm not negotiate some petty bills. The first person Shant who was helping me kept claiming we handle huge massive lawsuits and this is a smaller case we took as a favor to your family member. In that case you would think that since they claim to be so great why can't they negotiate the bills already. Then I thought perhaps since my case is small they don't care about providing me with great service. They told my mom to see her private doctors which this law firms should know 3rd party accidents don't get paid by your insurance when you aren't at fault, so guess what now my mom has medi-care coming after her for money because of this accident. Medi-care says they were told she got settlement money and needs to pay back some bills from the accident, well with what money. She has not seen or been told there is a settlement ready to be picked up if that is the case. Please avoid this firm if you expect to receive prompt service. After making the most costly mistake by choosing an "inexpensive" attorney for our case, we went to Nareg Gourjian to pick up the pieces. Our first attorney messed up and got us the worst possible outcome. When we went to Nareg, he said, "the most expensive thing is cheap legal representation." Those words could not be truer. After suffering a dirtied record thanks to the first attorney's substandard work, we continued to face issues. The first attorney said it was impossible to get the judge to decrease the distance of the 100-yard restraining order. Nareg did the "impossible." He reduced it down to 10 yards-- thus eliminating the requirement that we move from our home in order to avoid our false police report making neighbors. To clarify, Nareg's prices are NOT unreasonable. I don't want to give that impression. His prices are entirely reasonable and he stands by his work. I have to also mention that despite his busy work schedule and family life, he still makes time to respond to clients' phone calls and texts usually within one day. Unheard of! I went to this law firm in the year 2017 of Gourjian law group. I was referred to this law firm by a friend and he said that they are good. I wish I never ever went to this law group. The first prelegal shaun was helping me and he got fired without me being a where of it at all. I happened to call him on his cell phone and he is he no longer work for the company and that Vanessa will be assisting me. Vanessa and the whole firm was not professional and they got more money from me out of the case than me and my kids did. I called to see how my case is going and they hardly return my phone calls. I had to used other phone's with different phone numbers to talk to someone at the office I even had my Older son go up to the law office to talk to someone on my behalf because they would not talk to me about my case.
