When they arrived they took a quick look at amount of items and then got to work usually taking 2-3 boxes per trip to truck. They wrapped items in blankets then plastic wrap to keep safe or just plastic to keep drawers in place. They even moved and loaded all the extra random items like packages of toilet paper and a bag of canned food. At the new place they laid down rugs and plastic to protect the floor as they moved items in. They made sure furniture was placed in the area we wanted and even helped adjust as needed. Overall a job well done and it ended up being on the lower side of the estimate.

Not hearing back from her or the company for weeks I called and the moving manager told me she had lost all our info and needed to redo everything. I asked for a different move manager and was told they didn't want to do that. So we continued with this inept person. They had a big crew of people who packed our things. The moving company arrived and it was not the company that we picked.. They were not good. We had a lot of damage to our furniture. I did get some minor reimbursement but not happy with the entire process. I actually had to call for our bill. I did talk with one of the office managers about this experience and was told our move manager was being encouraged to retire. I am writing this review up on receiving a postcard/mailer from them today. It appears our move manager is still in their employ.

I was assured this was fine. The day of the move, the truck and men showed up an hour late. I was told that it was a window that was assigned to me rather than a specific time. Not true! I was told the truck would be dispatched out of Burnsville and come to our house at time selected. Promises made just to make the sale. When men arrived, we were told they could not move the freezers as they were not defrosted. This was never told pre-move. Freezers were empty however, they did not move them. When given the bill, they had added many fees on that were not discussed pre-move. Moral of story will agree to anything and then not deliver. Movers stepped in mud and cleaned their shoes on carpet that was laid down in the garage. Carpet was completely black. Tried to give them a review on their website and when compleing the review it did not accept it.
