They special ordered peonies and stephanotis without reservation when others failed. This was our first experience with Kristi and her team and they blew it out of the water. Not only was Kristi artistic and genuine but her staff member JoAnne went above and beyond meeting us after hours to make sure our flowers were as fresh as possible. I was someone who didn't care much about flowers for my wedding, or so I thought haha. Working with Sherry was an absolute blast from the very first minute. She really took the time to get to know me and our story. It felt like two friends hanging out wedding planning together. I am eternally grateful for her patience and thoughtfulness. I could not be happier with my experience with Dahlia. I live in Atlanta and wanted to get my mom flowers for her birthday that didn't come in a box. I called and told them my budget, and they built the most beautiful bouquet. I gave her an idea of what I wanted, and she completely surpassed my expectations. I'm truly disappointed with service and experience at Dahlia Florist. I called from Chicago to send flowers to my dear friend that lives in Greenville. I spoke to Joey (I believe) on the phone. I wanted an arrangement for $100 with some red roses and other bold colors. He quickly suggested a premium arrangement for $135 that will include dozen roses. I decide to stay at my original price and asked for bold colors (no pastels or whites). The arrangement my friend received had 3 red roses and bunch of white flowers. The arrangement wasn't up to my requested colors (I just specified color, not type of flowers, which isn't hard do to). Secondly, if a premium arrangement at $135 includes dozen red roses, why my arrangement at $100 included only 3 and much of white flowers???? It's a shame. I feel I've been cheated on price and arrangement. read more

I was so excited when I scheduled my appointment with DAF to discuss my wedding flowers. Their website says they can work with any budget. I filled out the form they wanted and put my budget price on there. We went and discussed stuff and the lady had great ideas & encouraged me to add to my list, but when I got my quote the next day... The quote was more than double. I had a $2,000 budget (which I felt was reasonable), but the quote was $5100 or $5400 for quote 1 & 2. And $600 delivery setup for a wedding 10 minutes away & a reception that was 2 blocks away from their shop? Anyway... She emailed saying they would work with me to get it within the budget by using some other flowers & taking some of the extra stuff they'd recommended out & to "not worry!" She told me she'd get me a new quote within the next couple of days... It's been 3 weeks & I haven't heard from them. I've already booked with someone else (who I'm super excited about), but I was just really disappointed that they led me so astray with the budget & then when they said they'd work with me, and I counted on them to, they didn't pull through at all...! read more

We came here to get an estimate on flowers for our wedding. We only needed boutineers, corsages, and a bouquet. When we walked in and told them we were looking for flowers for our wedding they asked when the date was. We told them the date and they looked up their schedule and told us they were booked that day. They didnt ask us what exactly we were looking for or make any attempt to help us at all.
