Their Stiiizy pods come in cheap boxes that have no form of verification. They look, smell, and taste cheap, and they will lie to your face with a scripted response and say: "The product is fine, it's just a matter of personal preference." They sell counterfeit products to their customers knowing the health risks associated with them, when mind you, many of the customers are there for medical reasons to begin with! My partner has been coming here for well over 5 years. Recently we noticed that the Stiizy products seemed off. Well today he went in for a disposable stiizy after waiting 40+ minutes to be helped. Once he finally got it he just wanted to get out of there and declined to test it. Maybe three hours later he tried it at home and didn't work at all. We went back and completely refused to exchange it. Will never go back here and although this place won't miss his business just want to warn others about knockoff stiizy products. read more
