I had trouble finding the place, because the door was covered in graffiti, and there wasn't any clear signs on the building. And when I finally did find the entrance the door was locked shut, well within their posted business hours. I tried knocking and waiting, and then I then tried calling all of their phone numbers they have posted on either their website, Apple Maps, and Google maps, none of which responded. The guy working today was a STRAIGHT DOUCHE!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE My husband is not the stereotypical stoner. He has a legit medical need. Usually, this place has been great minus the horrible rap music as if all people who smoke listen to that type of music but I digress here's what went down today: Husband had to replace a broken vape pen he had just bought there. Tells the guy working what happened and he rudely says "THEMS THE BREAKS" charges my husband for a new one and didn't even include the joint that comes with buying one. 1. He wasn't asking for a free one just simply informing in case there's a defect with the others 2. Needless sarcasm is a poor business rapport 3. Not only was the vape pen he bought before detective and shattered but he left out the joint that comes with buying a new one?!?!? So he was ripped off twice!!!! I had to call this guy out cause my husband is a nice guy and because this is a definite medical need, being ripped off like that was totally uncalled for. This pandemic is leaving a large dent in everyone's income and not getting your money's worth with a horrible attitude to boot is just poor business. Whittier daily greens sells fake stiiizy products, i would not recommend going there. the pod i bought was obviously tampered with and i've had stiiizys from the LA store. granted i should've known better. the pod looks like it's been open and filled and the boxes do not look authentic when comparing them to my old boxes. i gave them the benefit of the doubt but the magnets that allow the battery to heat up the cart doesn't even work, so even for fake pods they go below an already very low bar. if their pods are fake i can imagine the quality of everything else. not a store for the working class man read more

This was my usual shop but before going in I pulled out $80 from the ATM and bought 1 stiizy pod which is 55 I handed one of the ladies 3 $20's she walks away comes back with 2 and says I only gave her $40 I didn't realize til I left that she short changed me. Not only that but I've picked up 3 pods in 2 weeks and 2 were defective only received stamp card credit. The wax was fine. It's the second time I go in the evening and both times I had terrible customer service. For one, the Bud tender didn't even bother to show me the weed, she just grabs the jars and opens them. Then, she fumbled with the scales and I'm pretty sure she skimped on my "eighth ". To top it off, she didn't bother to remove stems, she just grabs the nugs and tosses them around with some landing on the floor. Just felt the whole time she was rushing to get me the fuck out of there and it was apparent. I recommend heading there when they open.
