I stopped in because I was around and never have been. My nails looked fine, some were chunky from the side and others looked natural. I asked for chrome acrylic french tip nails, nothing special. A fill in. Although, a fill in should never be $85. When she told me $85 I was stunned and asked "for what?" I'm used to paying $45 total for a refill, if it's with chrome, it's only $50. if I could give 0 stars I would. this was the worse experience I've ever had at a nail salon hands down. horrible customer service terrible service oeroud. my nail looked like crap honestly so thick crooked I got French tip and yoy could see white nail polish on the pink part? she tried "fixing it" and made even more thick and tried to charge me extra for requesting to put chrome over it and call it a day and she wanted me to pay $15 extra wouldn't budge on giving me a discount or any money back I filed my nails soooooo much to change the shape and they a little better but still look bad and thick and it looks like I have glue caked onto my cuticles. I'm putting pictures on here of when I first got them done and then after I filed them and about a week later my cuticles still look like there is glue caked on. Be sure to call and make an appointment! 99.9% of the time most nail salons will take walk-ins and it's not a long wait. At Daily nails you'll be waiting if you didn't make an appointment. They do a good. However there is another nail salon around each corner these days. read more

Yesterday was just my first visit, but this place is a definite repeat. She was very patient and gentle with my hands (that's saying a lot when dealing with nerve damage, partial paralysis, and spacicity on my left side. My nails look amazing, and she even cut them shorter than nail techs typically do simply because I asked. One heads up, though. The address listed here and on the YP app is incorrect. NEVER go here. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. The owner did my nails and was on the phone 40 out of the 55 minutes she did my nails booking appointments with people. She rushed doing my nails and wasn't cleaning them in between working on them and things kept getting on them and would gripe at me when I asked her to fix it. She was basically just slapping the polish on my nails and even after I complained she refused to clean up the cuticle area. After she was done, I quietly told her I wanted to talk to her about my experience because I thought she didn't do a good job and rushed me. She was yelling and pointing at random people in the salon saying they've all been coming for 20 years and I'm the first person she's ever had this problem with. I told her I wasn't the kind of person to leave a yelp review which I why I wanted to confront her personally but after she decided to make start yelling at me in front of her customers, I'm appalled enough to leave a yelp review. I never want to be the person to do this because I think most matters can be handled quietly without needed to do this but I'm currently in my car shaking I'm so upset. Not to mention that their price on their menu said $55 for an acrylic set with gel and she told me it was $60 because she took off my old polish. It wasn't on their menu but she just decided that their price for my treatment was $60 even though that's not what their price says. Excellent place to get your nails done esp as a walk in or visitor. They stop taking appointments/walk-ins at 6:30 FYI not 7PM though. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable with reasonable prices and a good selection of colors. Mary did my pedicure and was excellent, polite, and meticulous. She used a fan to dry my nails while she painted. All around great place w reasonable pricea! read more

I've been a long time customer and I can absolutely say that Tracy is a kind and skilled technician. I went today after thinking my appointment was yesterday and the owner told me it was today at 1pm. she had booked another "Susan" in this time slot and offered me time next week, which I cannot do. she became rude and mean. she should have offered an apology and maybe given me a discount on my service . I am very disappointed because she knows me and knows that I have been a loyal customer. I will never go there again because of her bad customer service. read more

My sister went to this shop today and there were 5 people in the shop and she wanted a full set and pedicure...they told her they were full and no more appointments were going to be taken for today; this was at noon. She left and went to her car and notice another woman went to the shop and she was told the same thing. We totally believe this was a racial situation. Why would you tell a paying customer that no more customers are taken at noon on a Saturday and holiday weekend??? And it was not posted anywhere on the premise that the last customer will be taken at noon. These things have a short life span cause when you lose paying customers; your company cannot and will not succeed! read more

Friendly staff. Jane did a nice job cutting my cuticles & polishing my nails. Salon is clean. Lynn did a nice job on my pedicure. Service was fast but not rushed. It's hard to find a decent nail salon at Lake Oconee & although my salon in Atlanta does more of a pristine job, at least I have found a lake salon to go to when I can't get to Atlanta. I'll definitely come back when in need & ask for these kind nail techs. read more

This is by far the worse nail salon experience I've ever had. Twice the staff have injured me, cutting cuticles below the quick - the last of which became infected - likely due to unsanitary health practices. In addition to being unsafe, the staff is exceptionally rude. One particular employee is very uncivilized and today told me it was my job to remind them of services requested - after they cut my service short to attend to others. She said "You have to tell us when we forget do something" and grew hateful when I refused to engage in an argument with her. This one is apparently rude to everyone. Too expensive for the time & effort spent on my nails. My daughters and I wanted a mani/pedi... 30% higher in price than in Metro Atlanta which is typical for a vacation spot. However, the service was less than a basic pedicure...15 min? The manicure was hurried..she was not going to put a base coat on my nails until I asked her to. The environment of this nail salon is what you'd expect with being attached to a grocery store. Small and very pared down - little decor or furnishings, but at least it looks clean. None of this really bothered me as I'm more concerned with quality of service and the right price. However, I found that the price of the gel manicure ($27) was a bit steep considering the relatively poor customer service and slightly shabby interior of the salon. When a woman is treating herself to a manicure, she is buying not only the nail treatment but an overall experience that should feel luxurious and indulgent. Unfortunately, my experience felt very rushed, and the owner of the salon who did my nails was very unfriendly. No greeting of "Hello, How are you?" when I sat down, nor any discussion while she painted my nails. I tried to make casual conversation with her but was met with only curt responses. She did however do a great job shaping my nails. It's been a couple days now and the polish hasn't chipped, so I'd say she did a satisfactory job of that. They are not sanitized and unprofessional. Their other location is at harmony crossing(tan&nail) and by movie theater(lakeside nail). BEWARE they are not sanitized and you may get fungus. I have seen many damage they have done to their clients. read more
