Daily rise will get me up and going! This was a wonderful drive through coffee option. I had the Van Halen breve which is a vanilla hazelnut breve. It was so delicious. Nutty and just the right amount of sweet. Incredibly creamy while still having a great coffee flavor. The barista was so kind and helped make the choice so easy. Their coffee is so good. My daughter is in school in Utah and we went to the Layton location. I got the white chocolate latte with vanilla cold foam and it was really good. Before I went to the airport I got two bags of espresso beans to take home with me. That was three weeks ago and I've already placed an online order to get a 2 pound bag delivered to me lol read more

This is my all time favorite coffee spot. The coffee is the best I've ever had....and the employees are always the sweetest people I've ever met (and that probably makes the coffee even better). I stopped by to use my $5 birthday money on my account and they gave me a free blueberry muffin (they were out of chocolate covered coffee beans). That muffin was SO GOOD! I think I might get another one to go with my coffee the next time I stop by. I almost forgot, they have breakfast burritos too. I really like the veggie one with spicy ranch (the spicy ranch isn't for the faint of heart). Also, let your burrito cool before digging in because they're piping hot! read more

By far the best coffee and service in the entire Davis County area! They are just a little out of the way, so I'm stuck with going to Beans and brews who absolutely has the worst food and service. I've had so many issues. We need more daily rise coffee locations! read more

I LOVE Daily Rise! The atmosphere is always so relaxed, the staff is incredibly nice, and I always feel so welcome! This location only carries breakfast burritos, but they're SO good! They offer a vegan and sausage version! Daily Rise has a points system that goes off your phone number, so make sure to sign up for that! Layton has a dual window operation which was EXTREMELY helpful when my motor in my driver side window went out! Haha! I was able to drive through and use my passenger window to get my order! Absolutely love this drive through coffee spot! Daily Rise not just serving coffee, they are giving out positive energy, and what better way to start your day? We had miles to go and needed a pick-me-up, and Daily Rise was exactly what would sate our caffeine monkeys. Their dark roast drip is bold and says hello in just the right way, while their iced vanilla latte highlighted the espresso notes over the sweetness of the added syrup. Sure, their coffee game is excellent, but there were three exceptionally vibrant ladies working in the kiosk. Our short interaction left us with smiles on our faces and just the boost we need it to hit the interstate. I can guarantee the next time we are in the area, we will be making a trip to daily rise. P.S. I know you can't always pick your tenant neighbors, but there was a reason we did not choose Black Rifle Coffee Company. Having the guns & ammo shop next-door wrinkled our noses, but we will still go back to Daily Rise. We love and support our veterans, but the attitude of aggression and masculinity around gun shops and coffee just isn't for us. read more

My friend and I were in town recently and she suggested that we stop at Daily Rise coffee to grab a few bags of grounds to take home. When we arrived, there was a long line at the drive thru, but we noticed that they have a walk up window. So we happily parked and walked up. The ladies behind the window were so friendly and accommodating. We ended up getting armloads of products and they were happy to answer questions and get us what we needed. The coffee itself is wonderful and I'm glad that we could take some home to enjoy later-that should tide us over until our next trip to Layton. read more

I've been here a few times and am usually really happy with my coffee. I normally get flavored lattes. Today I tried a nitro cold brew and regret it. I got it with flavor and oat milk...and it was probably the worst coffee i've ever had. There was obviously no oat milk in it and the cold brew looked and tasted as if they were running out and it was the last of the mix. It was orange almost, not what a cold brew should look like. I'm usually not too picky but I had to throw it out. Waste of $7. read more

I always have to stop at this Daily Rise location anytime I drive through Layton. The workers are always so nice and easy to talk to. Their drinks are always tasty too, I love their binder of drink options and I usually get a Sweetie Pie but I got a recommendation this time and it was so yummy. What happened,?? Got to this what used to be my favorite coffee stop today. Seems there have been some changes, servers seemed to be a bit younger, kind of like a summer job feel... the coffee that a got, had to have been made with swamp water. It had the taste of minerals, that leave a tangy taste in the corners of your mouth. Both my wife and I noticed to difference. I asked if it was under the same ownership or had been sold. Great coffee, but terrible wait time. Be ready to sit in the drive-thru for a minimum of twenty minutes. The wait wouldn't be as bad if the baristas would at least acknowledge the wait and apologized for the slow service. Easily would be 5/5 if they worked on their service speed. read more

This is THE coffee spot. I'll never go anywhere else, for real. We tried them once and have been back EVERY DAY. I've liked just about every drink I have had and the ones I didn't like were just preference, not because anything was wrong with them. The greatest thing about this place isn't the coffee though (even though it's heavenly), it's the employees! It doesn't matter how busy they are, they want to know how your day is going, what you have planned, etc. and they care about your answers! My 7 year old loves coming with me and ordering his own drink because they are so friendly. Tons of vegan options, including a vegan burrito (which I haven't tried yet). Pumpkin dream half sweet latte was on point. The flavors were fantastic and not overpowering of the coffee. This alone could have earned 5 stars, but I cannot get past the inefficiency and disorganization of the drive-thru and order taking. The workers were nice, but the waiting time for the drive-thru was excessive. Duel drive-thru managed to irk me, since the other side whizzed through due to a barista taking several orders--before making her way to the side I was on. And of course, the side I was on was at a snail's pace. There's got to be a better way to take orders than the way they are doing so right now. read more

So we drove in from California needed our fix and came across this gem. Their service was amazing! Their recommendations were so on point and I swear this coffee is the best coffee I've ever had! Each four of our drinks were amazing and were honestly upset we didn't get larger sizes. This place isn't a normal stopping place for me since I don't live in the area. I was dropping the kids off at a party close by and grabbed a drink. The drink was eh, ok. Nothing to rave about. I did like that they asked if I wanted whip cream or not and asked if I wanted big ice or skinny ice. I wasn't sure the difference but I said skinny. The drink was tasty but nothing that will stand out in my mind as phenomenal but the reason for 5 stars was the service. The guy taking my order (blonde, longer hair) took my order and he made me feel like a million bucks! I know he was just doing his job but I left feeling like...wow, he cares about me. Lol. He really did make the start of my day pleasant and happy. He'll do great things in the world with a personality like that. Keep up the good work. I would go back for sure just because the service was fantastic and I wish more people worked like this. Thanks guys! read more
