We were in town to visit Family on a road trip now back to Cali. Of course I love my morning drink, either coffee, matcha, chai or tea. Decided to check this place out!! Loved this place!! Amazing decor inside. We ordered the 1776 Sea salt toffee coffee and vanilla Chai tea with oat milk. Gosh what a nice treat! 1776 was smooth, comforting and delicious . The chai was unique with the hint of vanilla captured and it was delicious as well. So happy we experienced this place. I definitely recommend to stop by!! When we are back in Utah, I look forward for another visit!! read more

Visited: First-time in-store customer As someone from Albuquerque, I was so excited to finally visit a Black Rifle Coffee Company shop in person... huge fan of their coffee from Walmart, so this was a bit of a bucket list moment for me. The shop itself? Awesome. The vibes are totally on point... patriotic, veteran-friendly, and just overall a cool atmosphere. As an Air Force vet myself, I really appreciated the energy and the mission of the brand. Definitely a great place to chill, sip, and feel connected to the community. Now... the only downside: the woman working the counter. Not rude, but definitely not chipper. No "Hey, welcome in!" or "Is this your first time here?" She just didn't bring that morning energy, which kind of stood out when the rest of the place felt so dialed-in. No drink suggestions, no small talk... just a very transactional vibe. We ordered two iced caramel vanilla coffees to go, which were great. But honestly, with just a little more warmth or interaction, I probably would've walked out with some merch, too. Still... I'd absolutely recommend stopping in if you support what the company stands for and love good coffee. I might hit up a different location on my way out of the big city just to get the full experience again (hopefully with a more lively staff member next time). read more

The service at this location was top notch. The people working were all around amazing. Friendly, sociable, helpful..... made the stop all worth it. We will definitely be going back a few more times this trip. The coffee itself is good, I wish they would bring locations out to Vegas. It would be a nice break up to the normal chains in our area. I got the sea salt toffee and vanilla, which for me could have been a little sweeter. My husband got the nitro cold brew, which is always legit! Great coffee and a bunch of cool merchandise for sale. They absolutely make it a point to ask if you are a veteran or a first responder to give you a discount. It's definitely a great idea. I want to see more of these places pop up. My favorite thing had to be the humvee tailgate. I can't count how many times I had whipped up some crappy MRE coffee on the back of these tailgates. Customer service terrible.... Girl that took my order, said be right out. Other customers after me got their orders. I said excuse me, I like to know where my order is? She looked at me like who are you? I told her I put my order a while ago. Told her again what I ordered, In disbelief she goes to register and sees she forgot order. Pulls ticket hands it off to another worker to do and goes in back. If she cared about doing her job more instead of flirting with the plumber that was there working, maybe she wouldn't forget putting, making orders for customers. Will not be going back! read more

I knew this place was going to be awesome when I saw the door handles. They are so cool!!! I wanted to snap a photo, but unfortunately I couldn't. Next time though! The second we walked in, my boyfriend geeked out. He absolutely loved the apparel. I did as well. The shirts were awesome and so soft! We'll definitely be back to grab a few shirts. The menus behind the counter are old. They have a new menu on the counter to the left of the cashier (I'll upload a photo). My boyfriend and I both ordered the bacon, egg, & cheese croissant and it was good, but VERY messy. We also ordered mochas. He ordered a white mocha and I got a regular mocha. The mocha was soooo good! They added whipped cream in mine and I was in heaven! Guys, they have FREE stickers at the counter. They let my boyfriend take one of each. We both thought that was so awesome! The employees were great (and very helpful)! We will definitely be back for more coffee and some awesome apparel! read more

I have been in a hand full of times. My first impression when I first walked in was the place was very nice and I was very pleased with the atmosphere. The thing I liked most was the amount of seating available. I have been in multiple times to study and was able to find a spot no problem. Their apparel is comfortable as I bought a pink long sleeve pull over and it fit perfect and has stayed soft after multiple washes. Lastly, I absolutely love their medium roast drip coffee. It is really smooth and the best I have ever had. They have boxes of K-cups of it and I recently bought some and need to go back for more. It's just that good and I highly recommend it . I do warn that their cold brew is a little watery but that might be how it is. Also their croissant sandwiches taste like they came packaged and they just warmed it up. I didn't really care for it. So the food is not so great but the coffee is good! read more

Fantastic coffee shop with delicious coffee and great staff! We stopped by here as we were heading out of town and in need of coffee. We were sold when we saw it was veteran owned! We got an iced latte with oat milk, mocha latte, and two breakfast bagel sandwiches. Woah! The coffee was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. We were stunned by how smooth the flavor (which is definitely not guaranteed everywhere). The bagels were so fresh and definitely added to the experience. Came here with a friend today and I was very impressed! First the staff was so friendly and honestly seemed happy to be here, they also had people out cleaning constantly. We ordered the lemon bread and raspberry bread, very good but more like a moist cake than bread texture - however this is a preconceived bias that I have on how things would be. I would still recommend them and be ready for a delicious and moist bite. At the discretion of the barista whose name I didn't catch and is a Junior in high school the two of us wound up ordering 4 lattes to try and they were delicious! First of all, the coffee and service here are great. The only complaint I have concerns the cups. What are they made of? Paper that falls apart when it comes in contact with coffee? The cup began to disintegrate as I drove off and only got worse the more time the coffee spent in the cup. I'd be happy to pay an extra twenty-five cents a cup so I can drink from it with the knowledge that a significant percentage of the coffee will not end up on my clothes or the floor mat of my vehicle.
