They created a full plan, we made one or two very minor adjustments, and now we are living in our dream house with furnishings and rugs that perfectly complement the modern vibe. The shop itself is beautifully decorated, but it was the "homey" feeling that made it so special. Kamie was so welcoming and warm. The boutique has an incredible selection in a quaint, comfortable space. High end, excellent quality apparel at fair prices. I, nearly exclusively, shop Lula Belle. Kamie makes my shopping experiences so personal. Even living 1400 miles away, she packages all my treasures with TLC. (And the clothing smells amazing! It's an extra special touch she makes.). The 3rd watch had a broken link band, plus the inter-workings needed repaired, it was out of our budget range, so my husband told them to throw it on the bone pile. Today my husband got a nice call saying the watch we left behind and did not repair, WAS repaired and keeping good time! When my husband arrived today to pick up the 3rd watch and he was so pleased to see it looking like new; PLUS they took out a link to fit our Grandson's wrist and had repaired the linked band that was originally broken to boot! There didn't appear to be any testers, but maybe those are hidden away behind the desk? * I was a bit miffed that she was on the phone when I walked in, there was no acknowledgement, she kept her back to me the whole time & made me wait 7-8 min, then no apology... she simply said she was checking her personal emails. Wow! I don't know where to start. I have a disabled adult son, and I lucked into a moving date that…read morewasn't months out. As a result, we had a deadline to meet for the floors, and I could not move my son into a home that didn't have smooth floors (previously had carpet). Complications arose with the original delivery (no fault of lumbar liquidators), but Cindy... she was awesome. I know NOTHING about floors, and she helped me through the process of selecting the PERFECT floor for our home. She answered my questions. She understood that I had a tight budget to work within. She knocked out EVERY problem that arose, got our floor delivered, and found installers that could meet our deadline. I wouldn't be being honest if I didn't admit that the process was stressful... moving always is, but with Cindy in my corner... that stress was reduced drastically. She had an odd challenge to work with too... I do not use a cell phone, so communication could have been challenging, but nope... she left messages when I wasn't home, contacted me by e-mail, answered the phone when I called, called me back when she said she would. It was no problem at all. I simply do not have the words for how amazing the customer service she provided is. She knows her product and is friendly and efficient, and honestly... I don't know if I've ever met someone with such good problem solving skills. It's not as simple as just ordering a floor... there is delivery and install and multiple people that are involved before that finished product ends up becoming a part of your home. She handled every step of the process beautifully, no matter what issues arose, keeping me updated every step of the way. Thanks to Cindy... I have a beautiful floor that works great for my son. It was installed by move-in date and within the budget I had to work within. I am now surrounded by boxes that I need to find time to unpack while trying to get my old house on the market. I have a ton of things to do and worry about, but the floor isn't one of them. Cindy took that stress off my plate. The installers she sent did an incredible job. I'd been very nervous about hiring for the floors, because I haven't had much luck with hiring for anything. I end up doing most things myself, but I knew a genuine hardwood floor was not in my skillset. I put out feelers on a website, asking for referrals. Lumbar Liquidators was one of those recommendations. I'm glad I used them. I know this review is long, but I have not been satisfied with the customer service AND workmanship of a company for over 30 years. Things have changed, and not for the good. So... since this kind of service is evidently rare (or I just have really bad luck lol), I am taking the time to share this with anybody out there that is trying to find someone they can TRUST to get their floors done. Cindy... thank you. I know I was overwhelmed, and hyper, and stressed out, and just a mess at times, but that's because of past experiences with other companies. Thank you for EVERYTHING, and thank you for showing me that there ARE people that take pride in their job that WILL follow through and keep their promises. Cindy... you rock!
