The actual photo experience was…read morefine, a little odd being in a conservatory at the back of their parents house but I went with it. Paul and Jacs were friendly enough. They assured me that they were unlike other companies who tried to force the sale of photos on you and then delivered poor photos. Unfortunately I am unable to comment on the quality of my photos. Despite the cost of the groupon offer including 1 framed photo I have still not seen my pictures. Each time I call Paul and Jacs I am told they are busy and that they will call me back to arrange a time for me to view my pictures. They have still not called me back once. It has now been two months since my pictures were taken. I would not recommend.

The venue was a 5 star hotel with amazing facilities and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The night kicked off with some delicious food, drinks and lots of laughter. We then moved on to the entertainment, which included a dwarf entertainer handcuffed to a chair! It was a very cheeky and funny performance and we all had a great time. We also had some gorgeous topless butlers who had us all in fits of laughter. freddie was so good looking and charming. We carried on the night with lots of dancing, drinks and fun. We all got a bit drunk but it was in good spirits and we were all very happy. The night ended with a beautiful breakfast buffet and we all felt incredibly happy and content with the entire experience. The 5 star service and attention to detail was second to none and I would definitely give this hen do 5 stars!

The owner Donna couldn't have been nicer and really encouraged me to try on different things to see what I liked/disliked with no pressure or the stupid 1 hour limit which I have encountered in other wedding shops. She didn't even mind when I phaffed about looking at all the bridesmaid dresses and had said I wasn't buying until next year). The dresses are beautiful plus the prices are, well gobsmackingly cheap. This shop puts other wedding shops to shame - I just wish it was nearer Cardiff, but then I guess the prices would be a lot higher! Definitely worth the trip! p.s. am going back to pick up 'the' dress in December!!
