If you call them with ANY questions at all, don't expect an answer because they know just as much as you do. This third party insurance thing is ridiculous, if you have a billing issue they wont take any responsibility because it's the fault of whichever actual insurance company you have. Ie: with zero notice our policy went up 115$ a month and when I called almost in a panic because I did not budget for this major change, all I was told is that "your premium went up, we cant see why but it did and Cincinnati insurance should have mailed out a notice." However, we received nothing via parcel notice nor email. When we finally switched to Statefarm I was told I would get notified of the pro-rated amount for the 8 days out of May that we used Oliver van dyke and was never notified so once again I was unable to budget their ridiculous charges. Just ridiculous, no explanation, no apologies, nothing. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere before even having a single thought about using this horrible company to handle your business.
