They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great. Then told me I couldn't bring anything in and then walked off to continue his conversation with his buddy. Now I respect policies but this dude is something else. Theres a lot of ways to approach the situation and the way this old guy handled it, was not it. He thinks he's some sort of marshall and has no concept of how to talk to people even though he's dealt with the community for years. If you want to try bringing in your stuff, you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. Im sure their overall service is good but he needs a complete attitude adjustment or retire.
