Coming from Massachusetts the idea of a drive through daiquiri place blew my mind! It was delicious

Sighhhhh... so here we go. A friend and I wanted a daiquiri while we were visiting some friends in Slidell. So a quick google search led us to this place. First, only the drive thru is accessible which is understandable. We pulled up to the window with a slight understanding of what we wanted. The lady at the window didn't greet us. So ok cool we placed our order. Started with a medium attitude adjustment mixed with XTC. She immediately grunted and yelled XTC is already in it. Okkkkkk but that's what i asked for but whatever. She then sarcastically asked, " is it raining outside?" Referring to our windshield wipers running. I stated, " oh it was in the way here so I'll turn them off." We continued with our order. My friend was uncertain of what exactly she wanted. The helpful (not) lady didn't recommend or suggest anything. Pitiful customer service. Then we felt so rushed as if she had other things to do. So we just order anything to get out of the drive thru.. The killer part is this. My friend handed her the card to pay. This lady yelled to the other worker "See! I told you. Nothing." And she slammed the window. No MAAM I WILL NOT GIVE A TIP FOR RUDE SERVICE. A tip is based off how I'm treated I'm sorry and I felt rushed and very uncomfortable. On New Years Eve bartender, Laura, took my $10 and swore she didn't. If she did this to me, how many other people has she done this to. I also have a witness. I can't get the manager to return my call, as they say they have a film they can view of the incident. I went in to the bar and there were about 12 people there on a Sunday. No one greeted me at all. 3 bartenders and all of them were very rude and cranky. One of the bartenders was cussing and slamming things around. She was snippy when I asked for a small sample of a new flavor, even though I was purchasing a gallon. She caught a major attitude about giving me a tiny sample. I love this place bc of the quality of their daiquiris, but the service I received made me never want to go back there. read more

I love their daiquiris! They have a variety of flavors to choose from and great deals during the week. The best part is they have a drive thru, so you don't even have to get out of your car. There are multiple locations and it's so much cheaper than the big chain daiquiri shops. read more

So on the Fourth of July (yesterday) my friends and I went to your Slidell , la location and went to the drive through. It was the first time 2 of us had been there so and we're girls so it took us a while to decide from the large list. As we were trying to read the menu one of the employees waved us down in the rudest manner possible to say "there's a car behind you go around" so we we're all smiles trying not to piss her off more apologized saying we didn't notice and continued to pull around... Already setting the we don't want your business tone we tried to be as nice as possible to avoid conflict because it was a holiday it was a good day. So we politely decided from far away so not to hold up anyone . When we pull up a new employee says "what you want" so we order , 1 shocker and TWO red bull daiquiris . And clearly stated 2 red bull DAQUIRIS. The girl says 2 red bull ones and we say yes please. After charging my card she hands us the order with 2 cans of actual red bull 1 red bull daquiri and 1 shocker daquiri. After she handed it to us we explained how we said 2 red bull daiquiris ... She as rudely as possible says " we don't do refunds " so trying to avoid conflict even though I was charged $6 extra for something I never wanted or drank I said well don't worry about it can you just please recharge for that 3rd daquiri. She said "no we can't for second orders"....... At this point I'm extremely irritated because for 1 SHE was confused and now I have to wait in line for someone else's mistake! So I said no mam we are your customers now please just give us the second drink. Then that is when the blonde lady comes ranting screaming at us saying to "get the fuck out of HER line and get the fuck off this private property!" She's raving and we were like mam we just want what owed to us because of halls mistake. She continued to yell at us and say it was OUR fault and to leave or she's calling the cops ... So we said that's fine. Then she comes screaming on the phone outside and makes everyone in the line that SHE has held up go inside . The entire staff in the Slidell location was clearly on a variety of different drugs so we were not shocked by there actions but extremely angry that they treated us in this way. It is unexceptable and I just felt as though I need to report this location because honestly this is putting a terrible name on your entire franchise . If this was my business I'd want to know just how badly my customers were being treated before it's too late. For that locations sake of that buisness I hope actions are taken because I am very upset about this event . It's unexceptable and downgrading. To be cursed out and have the cops called on me for giving your company my money and buisness. Thanks. read more
