I would put zero stars if I could. I was picking up a DoorDash order and I waited 15 minutes at the window. I got there 10 minutes before they closed. Nobody attended me for 15 minutes. I saw young kids working and what surprised me the most was that one of the kids was vaping in the kitchen, which I think is very unsanitary and I'm pretty sure it beats some of the violation codes. I left the drive-through to go inside, but all the doors were locked. I pulled around the drive-through again and nobody attended me so I had to cancel my DoorDash order. Very frustrating and upsetting to say the least. if a higher up would contact me, I could easily identify the young kid who was vaping inside the kitchen. read more

So my wife and I are out running errands and she informs me she would like a soft serve cone from DQ. So off we go and go through the drive-thru where I order her cone and i get a blizzard with the flavor of the month, Mixing Bowl Mashup. No issues I tell myself, should be simple enough. Get to the somehow, pay for my order and they hand me my wife's cone. Then, somehow they made me a kiddie size blizzard where I ordered a medium. The cashier saw the error and asked them to correct it. Allot a minute later they hand me my treat, or so I thought. Get home and enjoying my treat as the top layer is yummy then the next 3/4ths of my cup was regular ice cream. These punks simply filled the cup with regular vanilla ice cream and then dumped the kiddie sized treat to make it look nice and pretty. I'm not a happy camper to say the least. read more

Guys...c'mon. Do i have to say anything else? Free ice cream, of course there is going to be a long line! Also their service inside was phenomenal, we were greeted as soon as we walked in, all smiles during the ordering process and they even had some nice suggestions. We ordered and sat down to enjoy our ice creams and the place looked clean and immaculate on a friday night. The kitchen was very vocal when they were making food and honestly that makes you feel good, like they care about stuff coming out on time and making sure everything is done properly. Also the staff wasn't that old, most seemed like kids and they all were nice. Management seems to have the place pretty under control but since its so good the popularity does make it busy most days. Still an awesome spot for ice cream and a greater spot for some good burgers. read more

I order some DQ after not having it for a while, I used to adore getting the 4pc chicken strips combo and so, I bought it again remembering just how good it was when I did and sadly it was not even half as good as it used to be. The chicken is bland and dry, the fries were somewhat soggy and unsalted. I asked for ketchup and got a singular packet. Not to mention how the price has increased a decent amount, used to buy this for 10-11 bucks and now it's almost 15 for it as a combo?! Place feels more like a cash grab than actual food. read more

Went through the drive thru tonight at 10:15pm and there were several cars before us. We did have to wait a little longer but whatever, it's ok. We had a BOGO coupon we wanted to use on the two blizzards we ordered. One small flavor of the month (Reese's peanut butter) and one mini vanilla brownie blizzard. We pull up and ask to use the coupon that we had and he refused to give it to us because it was not "printed." What kind of business still wants coupons to be printed? #oldschool #annoying #aintnobodygottimeforthat Two stars because at least they were friendly. read more

Order took to long for them just to mess up the order. It's not that hard to give food I payed for.

Had to wait 1/2 hour for 2 blizzards while 9 other orders came out even though we were ahead of them and they had burgers and blizzards too, wouldn't recommend if you don't like waiting half an hour for ice cream, just go to a restaurant. read more

We love the tacos, but it's always hit or miss. Sometimes they're very good. Other times the meat has very little seasoning. The salsa can vary from good to watery. Sometimes there's enough filling, other times very little filling and little salad. It's too bad that this Dairy Queen is only 3 blocks from our house. read more

Love love love the tacos!!!! I always order the t brand tacos ! And I get a mini blizzard or a cherry dilly bar. This location was very clean and always the staff is friendly, I do recommend it for a sweet treat and tacos !!!! read more

Me and my family just stopped by this location. Everything was fine and the guy at the register read the order back to use and it how we ordered. I ordered a cookie dough blizzard and when I got it, it had pineapple, coconut and other mix's in l. I still ate it but they're lucky that I'm not allergic to anything but they need to be careful with what they do and need to pay attention. read more

Customer service was okay. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard with an extra scoop of cheesecake bits since sometimes they're light handed......only a quarter of my medium blizzard had cheesecake bits...the rest was just ice cream. Not going here again. read more

So we drove into this brand new location and were told they would be open in about 5-10 more minutes....We waited patiently in the car while we saw staff happily reporting for work and what seemed to be the franchisee and management come out and take photos. They all walked back in and we wait about five more minutes allowing them to do whatever it they may need to do. We walk in the establishment and there is about ten employees in the different work stations, six more employees to our right by the restrooms that look like they just finished having their pre-shift meeting and about five more men to our left which look like management and owners or district managers of some type. We were great by the staff with a VERY LOUD hello and they all seemed to scrabble into their stations...a second later I hear a mans voice yell "we're not open" (in such a tone he might as well have yelled YOU MORONS)! To which I turned around and said...oh well HE (and pointed to who I think is the store manager) said you all just needed 5-10 minutes... while saying this, the guy who yelled they weren't open stated...well for about an hour or so. I looked right at him and said that's fine...we'll gladly go somewhere else! And I walked out. There are PLENTY of ice cream shops... I do not and will not be back to this place. read more

The warm welcome as you walk in always puts a smile on my face. Today I ordered a triple chocolate brownie but my order took unusually long. This visit wasn't my best experience, but the ice cream was delicious as always. read more

I came in after the lunch rush. There were 9 people in the restaurant who were already served. I ordered a small vanilla ice cream and a small blizzard. I placed my order at 1:28. 10 mins later I was still waiting. 3 people walked in after me and were served first. I finally went to the counter at 1:40 to ask about my order. It hadn't been made. They had to make it while I waited at the counter. There is a cold stone across the street. We will go there next time. read more

This one is usually a good Dairy Queen. The drive-thru is never a long wait. The food is always fresh and the employees are usually friendly. It's a tad bit pricier than other fast food places but it's not bad at all. I've never been inside (just drive-thru) so I don't know about the interior. read more

Dairy Queen ice cream is always tasty! I didn't try any of the actual food today, I enjoyed a cappuccino moolatte which was great! My husband ordered the turtle waffle bowl ice cream (I think that's what it's called?) which he liked.. Only downfall was it didn't live up to the expectation, it looked amazing in its picture (I know, happens a lot!) but wasn't so impressive in person. And to top it off, they barely put any Carmel syrup on it and added nuts without asking! Lucky for them my husband doesn't like to be "picky" so he took it even though he didn't want nuts on it... It's a major food allergy anyways for many, should be required to ask. read more
