Went twice in the same week at different times. My first time I stopped by around 2:30pm and it was very quiet, no customers. My second visit, it was packed. The time was 8:00pm. It's 1230 and the yogurt is not ready. Then, why does the store have hours scheduled to open at 12? On the flip side, the store has an extremely convenient location and ambient parking. The interior is clean. The empty toppings box looked promising with what appeared to be over 20 different options. I bet the yogurt and toppings would taste great. Maybe I'll try another visit in the future and not show up at the opening time. I wonder what would happen if I show up 30 minutes before closing time? Would the doors be close? Orange Leaf is similar to the other frozen yogurt places I've tried in El Paso. The only two differences I can spot: a rewards program and if you want to sample a flavor the employees have to provide it for you. So far, I've enjoyed their frozen yogurt flavors. To include the pairing of flavors they have set up. My favorite is the brownie and banana, by far. I haven't had a chance to try all the flavors yet, but it becomes a little difficult since the employees have to "pour" the flavors for you and it gets a little awkward when i want to try every flavor. haha. I'm sure they wouldn't mind though. Sometimes the employees will be inundated and you have to wait around a while until they're free again. To be fair, this is a good strategy to prevent waste and keep patrons from taking advantage. The biggest reason I gave this place three stars (vs four), is the size of their seating area. Unless there's no one else inside, its not really ideal for groups. Inside can only comfortable fit eleven people and only one arrangement holds four seats, the rest sit either two or three. Additionally, the rewards program isn't too bad, they give you a dollar for every ten you spend (basically 10% off). On top of that, they provide a military discount. I would have to agree with Aldrin, on all accounts, here. They DO have numerous flavors, and the employees DO have to pour you a sample if you wish to sample the flavors; the result: a cleaner yogurt place, without children running rampant dispensing frozen yogurt at their whim. The obvious drawback is that you may not get to sample every flavor, or must wait a while if they are busy. The seating area is indeed small, with enough space for 11 people to sit down, and 6 more seats outside. They also have dairy-free flavors, for all you VEGANS out there (4 flavors the last time I was here). Flavors and topping selection were very good, and the total cost is charged by weight. I really liked the cup divider...this allowed me to get three different swirl flavors....orange/mango, salted caramel/cheesecake and wedding cake/pistachio. The orange and mango had some icy grit, to them, but the other flavors were smooth and satisfying. All of the flavor profiles were spot-on. I must also say that the spoons here are ingenious...like miniature orange shovels. With some spoons there is residual stuff left in the spoon and you have to literally lift the spoon so that the handle is touching your nose, to get every last bit of goodness....but not here. The design of their spoon makes eating this delicious frozen yogurt even more enjoyable. Be sure to get there by 9:25pm, tho, because they close uncharacteristically early for a yogurt place...promptly at 9:30pm. read more

My family and I usually pick orange leaf for our treat after dinner. In past experiences with other locations we had a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately, this visit wasn't as smooth and pleasant as it usually is. The young lady working the register ,I believe her name is Alexandria , was not in the very least welcoming. Because of covid gloves are required and me bringing my 4 children inside to pick out their treat takes time. She kept rushing me as I was allowing my children one by one to pick out their toppings. The first time she asked while I first was in the process of topping picking and then again a few minutes later. Anyone with 4 kids knows how indecisive they are and it requires patience. Mind you there was no line at all. Anywho, I love Orange Leaf and I really think they should consider hiring people who want to work and who are happy at first sight! read more

This place is the bomb when it comes to fresh flavors and even better? FRESH FRUIT! I'm so used to places with old gross and questionable fruit toppings. Theirs is clean and their toppings are fresh. When I inquired as what happens to all the points I had earned; the girl said IDK look up the number on their website and call. Machines were broken and they did not have a wide variety. They have many flavors (6+) and many topping options from fruits, cookie dough, bursting bobas, candy pieces, granola, nuts and any liquid topping you can think of (marshmallow, caramel, fudge, peanut butter, etc.) Topping combinations are endless! I love this place! I been to other froyo places and they never have dairy free flavors and this one has 3! My son is allergic and i always felt guilty taking him with me to get frozen yogurt because I would give fruit and other toppings. We can all enjoy it now and he loveeeesss it. It's a convenient location and the staff is friendly but overall it's pretty disappointing. There usually isn't many flavors to choose from, there isn't many places to sit, the store is often dirty, tables are sticky, and the yogurt is pretty watery.
