We went for lunch after church yesterday and were very disappointed in our food. Hamburger was cold, gravy for my chicken tenders was watery. They had a ton of attitude especially the manager. The manager was working upfront and I asked hey when is our blizzards going to get ready? She didn't respond and she left and just rolled her eyes. For the first time I actually had chunks of cheesecake and big chunks of strawberries! The employee at the window was Amanda. Rarely go there since past experiences have not been favorable and again they did not disappoint. Our to go order was incorrect-shorted us fries, forgot to include our dessert. Called and reported error and told manager we would go back after eating our burgers. When we went back he asked if we had our burgers! Informed him (the manager Brandon) we ate them. That our burgers had been cold - No apology or explanation from him. He offered to give us the fries, which we declined. We did take our desserts but again no apology of any kind. This location was absolutely horrible we decided to eat before we got ice cream me and my wife both got chicken sandwiches and when my wife got hers the bread was hard and the chicken was cold she brought it to the front and they actually laughed at her and threw her sandwich in the microwave ( after she had already taken a bite out of it) and gave it back to her instead of replacing it, don't eat at this location food and staff both horrible read more

We decided to get our Saturday night dinner here. We live out of Town in Poth, so we don't have a lot of in town options. We know this Dairy Queen location has some struggles finding employees, and it is understandable when we have to wait; however the lack of personnel and long wait should not compromise the quality. When we got to the window we confirmed the order before we paid. They gave us our drinks, including a Milkshake. When we receive the order 20 minutes later the milkshake had melted, and instead of chicken strip basket we had a steak finger basket. Our burger orders were correct but all the Pattie's were extremely burnt. I can understand if you are short staffed, and we waited patiently for our order; we would have most likely continued to wait for Burgers cooked correctly. My wife called the manager, he apologized, and offered to make it right the next time, so that is why I am not giving it one star. read more

The restaurant is always dirty, table never wiped down, the trays they bring your food have caked on food... the services is horrible and the team they have there is always too busy playing around to pay attention... absolutely need to wash down this restaurant YUCK!! This DQ was a joke! I only went there because a dear friend had sent me a gift card for my birthday. I asked her to never send another gift card to me again. 1. the counter help was extremely slow, she had to take my order 4 times before she got it right. 2. we waited about 20 minutes for our order to arrive, it arrived the same time as another order place about 10 minutes later was delivered to another table. 3. my food was cold, the fries and onion rings were lukewarm at best 4. I complained and Lexi took them back to get another order 5. the fries must have been microwaved they soon got cold again 6. while waiting for the fries and onion rings we started on our hamburgers, they were cold too. We gave up at that point and just ate and vowed to let other customers know of the poor service and awful food. This place was also dirty, probably needs a Health department inspection!!!
