Braselton location. I just ordered a cheeseburger, large onion rings and a banana split. $16 dollars and some change. I asked for a single cheeseburger with everything on it, watched them put my cheeseburger in the microwave and it went downhill from there, my "everything" cheeseburger had one pickle chip, squit of mustard and ketchup and that's it, I assume the cheeseburger was cooked about 4 hours ago and the mustard, ketchup and one pickle chip was the only thing hot and that was from the microwave, 2 bites and threw it in the trash, absolutely dried out and discusting. Onion rings were even worse, also microwaved, so chewey my only chance of trying to eat them was put one on a plate and cut it with a knife... I did that and took one bite and chewed it like beef jerkey, spit it in the trash can and threw the rest away. Bannana split... it had a Bannana a drizzle of caramel sauce and ice cream, that was all, kid said everything else was extra so after 16+ dollars I figured that was enough cost, I took 4 bites of the Sunday and threw it in the trash... did I mention that this rip off cost me $16+ dollars? To whoever owns this pathetic dump ripping people off I have 5 sheets of plywood I'll sell to only you for $1227.69, you ripped me off so the plywood is flame broiled and fresh just for you and you might as well start boarding it up now. This DQ is ultra-clean, well-staffed, quick and smiley. Stopped in for a treat since the new fro-yo place down the road didn't open til noon, and I'm glad that we did, although upon returning, I won't get a Royal Blizzard again - what a royal waste of $$$. This shrimpy wee cup was a regular Oreo blizzard with a shaft of chocolate down the center being the only difference, yet double the cost. Nuh uh, I'll take a classic Blizzard. Course, next time that I go, I hope that the weather's mild enough to have a meal-meal on their nice patio. I have been a Dairy Queen customer for decades and today I can say I had the worst hamburger ever from one. The burger was cold, even the meat and dry and tasteless. The lettuce was wilted. I gave 2 stars because the onion rings were hot and I asked for no T and O on my burger which they managed to get right. Not sure what had happened to this location, before we used to order Blizzards from this store and they were so good! Now they barely mix them up. Top half of your blizzard is mixed and the bottom half is always just ice cream. Being that blizzards cost an absurd amount, you would think you get your moneys worth. Shout out to the Braselton Dairy Queen! I am almost 9 months pregnant and have been craving a DQ soft serve chocolate ice cream cone. I was at the mall last week and learned that they don't have chocolate ice cream. We went into the Braselton DQ tonight and were waited on by the owner. After we got our ice cream he came to our table and brought me an extra cup of ice cream. He said that he has two kids and knows that when a pregnant woman wants something she has to have it. The men's restroom for sure is Dirty and neglected. It smells in there. The floor is always wet ( with urine) under the urinal every time I have visited this establishment. This Dairy Queen is really clean. I eat here occasionally and most of the time i get the same combo. They have two different $5 lunch combos and two $6 lunch combos. The food is always hot and fresh. The staff is great at this location. It's easy to get in and out of and they have plenty of parking. read more

Let me begin with a positive before I get to the negative. I have absolutely no complaints about this restaurants quality, taste and appearance of their ice cream products, and their employees are extremely cordial. However, their food is overly priced and I do not recommend the chicken fingers or fries. I stopped in their on 10/12/2020 and ordered 3 chicken finger and fries meal deals. The food was cold and both the chicken and fries were too hard to eat. It appeared the food had been cooked hours earlier. In fact, my elderly parents were unable to eat the chicken fingers at all because they were too tough and dry to bite into. In addition, I realized 2 days later they had charged my debit card twice in the amount of $40.20. I have been unable to get anyone to answer the phone in order to request a refund. In closing, I recommend their ice cream, but I know my family will go elsewhere if we are wanting to get an edible, appealing meal. read more

For a restaurant to be so recently opened the attitude and the atmosphere is extremely unwelcoming. This DQ is just right down the road from my house and I'd rather drive to Oakwood to get anything from there instead of the Braselton location. Not just once or twice but on multiple occasions for every time I've been through the drive thru the worker is rude and will always have an attitude although when we say thank you she replies with "my pleasure" in the nastiest way. Might as well just not say anything at all. Will not be going back there since the managers and owners can't train the staff to have a positive attitude at the job. He set them up on top of the counter and then the girl at the window put her bare hand on top of my fries. i had the great pleasure of being apart of their staff. Although i went to school with almost everyone which is cool, the whole workplace is invested with relationships. Plus, the food. Oh the nasty kitchen, which is where i worked, is so very disgusting. The food sits for hours and you get served 6-8 hour old made hotdogs, burger, etc. i know fast food isn't very appeasing to begin with, because like McDonald's too, I've seen the inside. But at the McDonalds i had worked at followed health code violations. This DQ does not. The other reviews claim the workers are there and don't seem like they want to be. Just me they want to be there to catch the latest gossip on everyone working but have no care to what you want. No one is trained on customer service, if they don't talk to you, its probably for the best. Their manager is actually the best manager I've ever worked for and he will provide care to your order, but thats because he's an adult. The ice cream is fine. but i don't recommend trying anything but their chicken and fries, that is, if you're brave enough to eat 4 hour old chicken. read more
