Stopped for dinner on our way to Fort Yargo on a Friday night. The parking lot is a good size, lots of availability. Decor is in line with the newer or newly renovated CFAs. This location was busy like others, open tables were clean and service was as expected for ChickFilA. Food was delivered quickly and all was delicious. Condiments and silverware were delivered with our food as well. Surprisingly, this location had an open indoor playground! My kids were very excited. All the CFA locations near us have not reopened playgrounds since Covid, or have remodeled and removed. read more

This is our favorite Chick Fil A restaurant by far !!! The service is amazing , very friendly staff that go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need , our orders so far have been . The operator is amazing and sets an incredible example for his team as he can be seen , picking up trash outside , cleaning dining area , bringing out food to customers and has a friendly nature as well . I believe this may very well be the worst Chick-fil-A out of all the Chick-fil-As. Ever. I think they are too busy with DoorDash and the drive-through to be effective with anything else. All that being said, they aren't effective with the drive-through either. The only way you can get your food in a timely fashion is to order it ahead of time and pick it up like the delivery people. Otherwise, you are going to wait even if there was no one in line. They also get the order incorrect a lot of the time and they will not fill the fries or the Mac n cheese all the way. It's always half full. Just super frustrating and it's not a one off experience. This is consistently an issue. read more

I don't eat at fast food places due to the fact most of them import their beef from China. I also don't trust beef that's grey instead of brown because that means the ratio of real beef to the "odds and ends" of a number of cows just grosses me out. However, even though I don't eat much chicken, I tried Chick-fil-A and was pleasantly surprised by the service and the food - except for their waffle fries which were limp and unappetizing. The service is exceptional and I don't care what time you go, whether it's packed or not. The employees are friendly, fast, and competent. I've gone about ten times and not one order has been wrong - amazing. The Cobb salad is tasty and the chicken sandwich is crispy and tasty as well. This is the newest Chick-fil-A location near me and has always been very crowded with impeccable service just like the other one on the other side of me. I got to experience today picking up my mom at assisted-living and taking her to the hospital for some treatment and then pulling through her favorite place Chick-fil-A to get a sandwich and sit in the car and eat it. There must've been 60 cars in line on the double line and 50 employees! I've never seen so many people move through a drive-through so quick so efficient all practicing safe distance and protocols mask gloves which I also practice to protect them it was really super impressed. I'm trusting Chick-fil-A is surviving this pandemic as it seems to be the go to place for everyone wanting to grab something to go with the support they give to the local hospital and offices in this medical Park as I see deliveries of Chick-fil-A almost daily as I'm caring for my mom we're people use Chick-fil-A to treat the nurses or workers at Kroger or food establishments that are local. I have to say Chick-fil-A is one of the most well run businesses that we've had in the area that is consistent and always has enough employees that are trained know how to get the orders filled quickly and take care of the customers. I have ordered platters for some of the workers at my moms assisted living and I'm able to tip on those which is great because in this time I think of food establishments experiencing setbacks especially local mom and pop restaurants, people need to tip for curbside service because they put the food together, they get the orders right and the only thing they don't do if you do go inside is maybe refill your tea or some thing but always take care of your delivery drivers and the workers trying to keep the economy running. This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been too! This will be the 5th and last time I will be disappointed by my meal. How can a chick fil a mess up 5 times? I only eat my chicken minis with extra honey butter and they "can't" provide that because they're operator doesn't allow them too. So the first two times they never said they couldn't, they just handed me my meal without informing me. This last time they informed me, I let them know they are the only chick fil a who has never done that for me. On top of the breakfast issue, they have forgotten my fries in my meal twice. The second time I drove back to get them and they let me know I couldn't receive fries for free because they have no way of knowing if they actually gave them to me or not. I ordered a delivery order. I understand that they charge a surcharge on delivery pricing (to go or in restaurant prices are cheaper). I also know they charge a delivery fee. All of which I am good with. What I have an issue with is I placed an 11.00 order for them to literally take across the street and they charged an additional 1.50 after I checked out. I emailed them and got a blow off corporate response from some corporate PR guy who is extremely bad at his job. He didn't not even read my complaint. After ordering my meal he told me the food was free. I have received awesome service at many chick- fil-a locations but none with such a surprise like this. The grand opening was Thursday, January 11, 2018. I can see this location doing well. The interior is very roomy and nicely decorated with modern touches. It confuses your mind a little because you're in a fast food restaurant, but it (almost) doesn't feel like it! Haha. There's plenty of parking and there's a double drive-thru for added efficiency. This location still has a lot of "trainers" from other stores here helping the local staff but everything went very smoothly, even for the first week being open! For our first visit, we ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches with a side of fruit (medium), and ice water for about $12. Did you guys know they have a ton of sauce choices these days? We picked up some Sweet and Spicy Sriracha sauce, Chick-fil-A sauce, and Honey Roasted BBQ sauce came out with our sandwiches. The best sauce for the sandwiches, in my opinion, was the Honey Roasted BBQ! On our way out, we picked up a Cow Calendar for another $8 for discounts/coupons for the rest of the year! read more

Terrible. We don't usually come to this location bc we live further out & the oakwood location is closer/ easier for us. My kids' school had a fundraiser so we accommodated to support them. I do not recommend drive thru. We did not receive everything we paid for. I immediately called when my husband got home with our order and saw they missed my kids' treats- which was a huge deal for them bc they chose treats over happy meals & didn't get them. Restaurant manager would NOT offer a refund for our money and said she would highlight my account for the missing treats plus extra treats. Never did. Nothing in my account or my husbands. We have tried asking for a digital refund - nothing. We have now both emailed corporate and only told "they are looking into it". I have never been treated so shady by a business before, ever. Y'all need to work on your ethics, seriously. I'm still waiting for acknowledgement of your poor handling of the situation. It's not about how much we spent but the fact that we didn't get what we paid for, wasn't given to us, refuse to give us that money back or send treats to compensate. Go somewhere else! read more

Ate for the first time at this new location. The building and dining area is huge and has a modern, farmhouse chic feel. Parking lot has many more parking spaces than a traditional Chick-fil-A which is nice because we all know how busy and popular Chick-fil-A is! The service is quick and everyone we interacted with was genuinely attentive and friendly which says so much about the Chick-fil-A brand. Of course the food was delicious and fresh - no surprise. I did try the strawberry topping on my ice cream for the first time (spoiler alert, I guess Chick-fil-A doesn't have the blueberry topping anymore...) and it was fantastic, yum! Its Chic-fil-A what is there not to like. This location has been open for a few weeks. Being new they have done a great job getting it up an rolling. Its a refreshing add to a rapidly growing area. They are always busy whether you go inside or decide to take a stroll through the drive thru. The service is fairly quick and the staff is friendly. I've stoped in for breakfast and lunch, and the food is always fresh and hot. I'm glad To have another food option close by. So if you work in the area or just passing through there is a nice, clean new Chic-fil-A to enjoy. Its close to I-85 and just a couple of blocks away from the Hospital. Zero stars. I sat in the right side of the drive-thru, while the left side kept going and going. I sat at the speaker for at least 5 minutes- 10 minutes, "Hello?" multiple times. Still no answers so I pulled up just to sit in the line for 20 minutes more while any other restaurant I wanted was then closed.
