Food Was Great Service Was Very Fast A Really Nice Place To Be Overall Overall I'm Likely To Come Back Again.

I just ordered a large fry and got scammed pretty much. for 6$ I got the smallest large fry I've ever seen. when I asked them if it was normal and that was in fact a large fry they said yes. I've been here many times and I know getting a meal you get more than this! wild!

Honestly, it is exactly what you would expect. Not awwww inspiring, but not a dump either. A great place to get that yummy ice cream cake or food that is fast food quality. The staff was super friendly and I will go back for sure. Most likely in the summer months, I am not a huge ice cream fan in the dead of winter in snow chilled Syracuse. It's already cold enough. LOL

The founders of Dairy Queen introduced a new kind of dessert treat and, in the process, developed a foundation of the franchising industry. The history of DQ started more than 70 years ago, with the 10-cent sale of a then unnamed product on August 4, 1938, in Kankakee, Illinois. A father and son partnership in Green River, Illinois, had been experimenting with a soft frozen dairy product for some time. They contacted Sherb Noble, a good friend and customer, who agreed to run the "all you can eat" trial sale at his walk-in ice cream store. Within two hours, he dished out more than 1,600 servings of the new dessert. Today, DQ has more than 6,000 restaurants throughout the country. This is the new location, on Route 11 in North Syracuse. It's a Grill and Chill, meaning they have food in addition to ice cream. I stopped in today, as it was customer appreciation day, meaning everything on the menu was half off. Restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated. The menu has plenty of things to choose from. Employees are very friendly. I ordered a Flamethrower burger combo with fries. If you're eating in, they give you a number to place on your table and they bring the food to you as most of it is cooked fresh when you order. Food was very good. The fries were good, but nothing special. Better than McDonald's and Burger King though, in my opinion. The burger was great. Best fast food burger I've had. It was huge, topped with cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon and spicy Flamethrower sauce. The sauce on it was awesome. Spicy with a touch of heat, but flavorful. They also have a large refrigerated case in the restaurant holding their restaurant-made cakes and ice creams. Also makes for something nice to look at. Good addition to the CNY area, will definitely go back.

This is DQ'S CHILI DOG !! SERIOUSLY WTH !?!?

This is what Dairy Queen has for a Chili Dog !?!? SERIOUSLY !?!? Since when did they start Using BREAD INSTEAD IF Hot Dog Buns. The Chili taste Old and I'm going to say this even as a child & as an Adult I NEVER USE BREAD as a Bun I find it to Be GROSS and the Hot Dog was also Tough. Then to top other things off the past couple of times I get their Banana Split Blizzard through the Drive thru and each time the Banana is in EDIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST. I get that COVID is a Factor But...... go to a grocery store and Buy Bananas !?!? Well... I Certainly hope they can FIX THIS ISSUE SOON !

Dirty tables and long wait time. Food was good though. Great ice cream but sub par fries. Table sticky and soda stains.

I love the blizzards here. The ice cream is so rich and creamy. Not very expensive either. I've never actually tried the food.

The onion rings were pretty good, too. I gotta say for a place that kinda screams "overpriced", it really isn't. Came to almost exactly 50 dollars for two burgers with fries, order of onion rings, and a soft drink. Honestly? In this economy? Pretty fair for the size and quality. 6 dollars for a shake kinda surprised me too, albeit I didn't order one. Server was nice. Place was probably overstaffed, but pretty great experience overall. Very pleasantly surprised. Check it out.

The calm ambiance and muted, cinnamon-brown walls of the space's predecessor, Cafe at 407, which closed at the end of 2023, have been replaced with TVs in the dining area and bar, a wall-length mural and a little nook with a neon sign that reads "Say Cheese!" and Polaroids of satisfied customers pinned to the wall. The menu taps into childhood fast food nostalgia, with burgers, fries, onion rings and milkshakes -- plus beer, wine, cocktails and boozy sodas. With five burgers, two chicken sandwiches, two salads, a few shareable starters, Fly Bird chicken tenders, a Chicago-style glizzy and a fried fish sandwich served only on Fridays, the menu isn't long, but offers enough variation to appeal to most diners. The wife and I stopped in on a Saturday right at opening time. We were sat and given menus immediately. We decided to share a burger and fries and an order of tenders. We ordered the blue suede shoes - a burger topped with cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, carmelized onions, pickles and house remoulade and an order of hot stuff buffalo tenders. Our food was brought relatively quickly and we enjoyed everything. Fries were fresh, crispy and seasoned, burger was cooker perfectly, the tenders were fresh, crispy, saucy and had just the slightest kick of heat to them. Our server was very friendly and helpful, prices were comparable to similar restaurants, and we has plenty of food to bring home. We'd definitely go again.

Lockhart opened Harts Cafe & Deli in the ALDI shopping plaza on 31 in Cicero, with a menu consisting of sandwiches where he makes ALL the meats himself including pastrami, corned beef and pulled smoked chicken. He has a breakfast menu with platters, sandwiches, pancakes & waffles, offers different coffee options, fish fry Fridays, and Soul Food Saturdays. I went into Harts today after reading a good review about them, and I work pretty close. I LOVE pastrami, and it is not easy to find home made pastrami in the area, so I was immediately interested. Chef Miguel gave me a whole run down of what he offered, told me how everything is fresh made from the pastrami to his whole grain mustard, so I ordered a half pastrami sandwich with a side of his seasoned fries. He also has one of those machines that squeezes fresh orange juice, something I've only seen in one other restaurant here, and I love fresh orange juice, so I ordered once of those as well. He went back and made it immediately. My sandwich was fresh and hot, with thick slices of delicious pastrami on a roll with his home made tangy musatard, leaf lettuce and tomato. The HUGE pile of fries were seasoned well, and I can't place what the seasoning reminds me of, but it's different than any other fries I've had here and they taste great. A half sandwich, large side of fries and fresh squeeze juice cost me about $20. Chef Miguel was extremely friendly, and has a lot of stuff on the menu I want to try, cause I'll definitely be going back.

The owners of XCrispy spent a year transforming a run-down former Pizza Hut from an eyesore into a nicely remodeled, open space, blending halal traditions with American comfort staples like smashburgers, chopped cheese, and chicken over rice. X Crispy is near my job, so I was excited to try them. I saw they had breakfast options, and they had a steak, egg and cheese sandwich, which oddly enough isn't offered in many places in CNY, so that was the first thing I tried. You're able to customize, so I got it on a roll with "mixed cheese" & their house sauce. I ordered online, and their online ordering option is easy to use and allows substitutions. It was ready as soon as I got there, which was around 10AM on a Saturday. It was delicious, still hot and fresh even though it was already ready when I got there. My only complaint was there wasn't enough house sauce on it for my taste, but it was still delicious, piled high with steak. My second time, my wife wanted to give it a try, and we got some dinner items. We ordered online again, a smash burger and one of their crispy chicken sandwiches. We asked for several things on the side, as we were taking it to go and had about a 35 minute drive with it. We got it home and unfortunately were disappointed. Both items were dry, the chicken sandwich almost seemed like it was frozen, and all items that were asked for on the side were simply removed and left out from our order. I didn't think we would return after that, but I just kept seeing good review after good review and thought...this has to have been an off day, or the food simply doesn't travel well. So I gave them another try over the weekend when I was craving a cheese burger and knew I had time to eat it there. I, again, ordered online and got the smash hit burger with fries, and left out tomato and lettuce as I'm not a fan on smash burgers. And they definitely redeemed themselves. Again, food was ready as soon as I got there, was fresh, the burger was moist, juicy, seasoned well, and not only did it have the sauce on it, I was also given extra on the sides, so I have to chalk the one time up to a bad day, and everyone's allowed that. I will continue to go back, but more than likely, only when I'm able to eat right there.
