Worst dipped cone I've ever had in my life. Chocolate was runny on both cones we got. How do you even mess up a dipped cone

It's too late now so there's nothing" if it's too late, then why is your place open till 10pm?? What will people have when they walk in at 9.30? When my husband tried to get one flavour in a cup it was so watery that we asked them about it. We got a super rude reply saying "that's what the machine does, we dont have anything to do with it. We cannot help" To top this, they didn't have a single napkin/tissue for us . Huh?! Really? They didn't even bother looking anywhere else. My four year old ate the watery frozen yoghurt and spoiled his shirt and face . Super rude staff. No flavours and no flavour in their frozen yoghurt. Never going back again. PS: we could have walked out but try explaining that to a 4 year old who loves ice cream.

Plenty of free parking outside. Note that they do have specials. We came on the weekend so there were no specials for us. I got the nutella, oreo, cookie dough frozen yogurt with Skors and it was super tasty. Menchies makes a good treat on a hot day. Lots of topping options and a good selections of frozen yogurts to choose from. Flavor changes by season. There are plenty of seats inside. Only thing is that they should clean the tables more frequently. All the tables were somewhat dirty.

Gelato: Overall average except Tiramisu one I tried tiramisu and Nutella, and both were decent. I also tasted Ferrero Rocher, which wasn't great, and crème brûlée, which was too sweet for my liking. The orange blossom with cardamom tasted a bit like eating a jasmine flower--very floral, not really my thing. I've definitely had much better gelato elsewhere. That said, I would still give the tiramisu a special mention--it was really good and probably the highlight. Overall, it's a decent place to try once, especially because of its location near the beach and variety of flavors.

You can't fake the kind of work and care this woman outs into making gelato, and her training by an Italian Gelato maker is like an unforgettable icing on that cake. And speaking of cakes, if you see the woman who runs the place baking one...it's COS SHE PUTS A WHOLE CAKE IN THE BIRTHDAY CAKE GELATO. Take a stroll one block off the main Crescent Beach Strip, skip the lines at the other places (until this one's discovered by the masses), and go here.

Top-quality Hakka food…read more I live near the old Green Lettuce in Vancouver and was very disappointed when they recently closed. I decided to trek out here to see how this location differed. Turns out: same very high-quality food, some differences in the menu and dishes. I stopped in for a late dinner around 8pm on a Sunday. The restaurant was not that busy. We ordered three dishes, which all came out pretty quickly. All three were fantastic. We got: -Manchurian Vegetables: deep-fried shredded veggies served with green peppers and a rich Manchurian sauce. Extremely decadent given the deep-fried nature but nicely curated dish. Excellent. -Dai Ching Tofu: comes with plenty of triangularly-cut tofu, lots of sliced and diced onion, green pepper, and a rich, dark soy sauce with a nice dark vinegar aspect that really elevates it. Phenomenal dish. -Szechuan Tofu with Deluxe Vegetables: similar to the Dai Ching but less of the vinegar in the sauce and a little sweeter, but similarly balanced and tasty, coming with a lot more veggies. Also phenomenal. Each dish was $17, which is pretty good in this day and age, especially for the generous portions. Very friendly, extremely attentive service. Can't say enough good things about this place. If out in Surrey, come here; if not, make the trip out!

I was in Surrey watching my boyfriend's bowling tournament and loved how Zone Bowling had different businesses connected to the alley-- double entrances depending on if you wanted to go through the alley or just from the outside. I just got a classic Oolong milk tea with boba since that is one of my go-to's at home. It was very flavorful and the boba itself had a great texture! Also, there was just one person working who had to handle the busy line of money mangagement, making the drinks, and calling them out. Kudos to them!
