He asked for the bag back, and without gloves, went through it, touching the fries. Speaking to me without even a minuscule amount of customer service on his lips, he said, "You've got everything." I told him I had ordered a vanilla shake that was not on the ticket but was on the screen when I reviewed it. I asked if I could reorder it, and he told me I would need to go back through the drive‑thru line. When I arrived home, there were fries missing, one of the drinks was a Cherry Coke instead of the Coke I ordered, and there were no sauces for the nuggets. How disappointing it is when a business does not value your patronage. I hope this review is sent to Corporate, as customer service training, particularly for management, is a MUST. Since we have only one McDonald's in our city, I implore Corporate to provide it with the support it desperately needs.
