I've been to this location at least 4 times in the last 3 years and they never once were able to scan my phone for rewards points. Waiting, waiting, and a girl asks to take out order told her we were waiting for our order. I don't like to give bad reviews but yikes . So I went to the drive through yesterday and requested a butterscotch dipped. When I got to the window I was given a blizzard. Before I even touched it I asked what is that? The lady at the window said that is a butterfinger blizzard. I oh no I requested a butterscotch dipped. She went back in and comes back with a blizzard that looked like it was butterscotch. I was confused cause their butterscotch is a dipped cone but I was on a rush so I took it and went on my way. As I started eating, I had to stop because all they had done was to put butterscotch on the previos blizzard they had served me. It was move in weekend and I wasn't about to go near campus so whipped in here because there was no one in the drive thru. I ordered the Wild Alaskan Pollock and it was hot and pretty good, but it had too much tartar sauce and wilted lettuce which made it undesirable. The fries were hot and I enjoyed them. I NEVER leave reviews, but this is the absolute WORST Dairy Queen I have ever been to! Not only was the guy at the window rude, but what I ordered was handed to me looking like it exploded. I ordered a twist cone dipped in chocolate, but what I received was a big mess! When the guy at the drive thru window handed it to me, it had been sitting at the window the whole time while there were still two cars in front of me, so when he gave it to me it was a dripping mess. So of course I was annoyed and made the comment of "this is a bit of mess, kind of ridiculous". WARNING!! If you have allergies stay away staff here could care less and are rude about it!!! When ordering my food today (5:20) at the drive thru window I was very polite to the guy taking orders. He seemed very distant and slightly rude. I asked for a Flamethrower burger with no sauce and no tomato. (I'm allergic to tomato and have allergies to ingredients in the sauce) The guy walked to the window, not saying a word. He handed me my food and closed the window. I checked my food prior to leaving the window. He went off without saying anything or looking back. I got up out of my window to knock on the restaurant window. Seeing how this kids facial expression and presence was rude I asked him, "do you check your food prior to giving it to your customers?" He responds "yes we do and you don't have to be rude about it." He has the audacity to tell me this after the lack of service and his rudeness?! He takes back my burger and asks me to pull to the gas station parking lot... don't know why since there was no car behind us. Figured he'd spit in my food and that's why he asked. My burger was brought back.... this time with tomatoes... I was so bothered I just left. I have him an opportunity to make it right. You'd think that after a customer asked you a question such as "do you check your food before giving it to customers?" That he would have checked it the second time around.... especially after that attitude. Since he failed to make it right I'm here writing a post to avoid dealing with that rude employee. Okay, so this is the DQ that I used to go to with my cheerleading girls back in high school (my alma mater is literally a mile away) Now, my youngest sister is starting school there and I take her there every once in a while. Their vanilla soft-serve ice cream is legit. I've been to a few DQs but this one makes the best. The service is subpar-but what can you really expect? Just make sure they don't overcharge you and get a receipt because every now and then they forget to fill the order and they can get rude. This was by far the best Dairy Queen experience I've experienced. Avi is the dairy KING! He is an angel sent from heaven and isn't afraid to break the rules for customer satisfaction. He takes such pride in his work that you may have to wait a bit for your dairy dessert but believe me, it's worth it. Worst DQ i have ever been in. First we ordered, our meals came with drinks that you fill at the stores soda fountain. No diet soda at all. Selection was Coke, Orange or Dr. Pepper. That was it! Then they forgot our dressing for our salads and the lettuce was mushy on our sandwiches. My son wanted honey mustard, lady said it is a charge. When i went up for dressings they forgot, honey mustard was free. The bathrooms were nasty and mens was out of toilet paper. This place is a waste of space!! read more

I just came here for lunch and was treated so rudely by an employee. I am the only one standing at the counter waiting to place my order & she literally looked around me & asked another lady if she'd been helped & she said yes. And I said I haven't. The lady just looked at me and walked away! And another lady took my order. Had I not been starving & having a good day. I would've never given my service but I promise I will never be back. I live 5 mins from this DQ so I go more often than I should! I am always pleasantly served and the food is great. This DQ shares the seating area with Dunkin Donuts and the gas station, so the ambiance inside may leave a little to be desired but I have never observed any untidiness or uncleanliness in the restaurant itself. I've been going to this DQ for 12 years and the current management is very responsive, they are always ready to make it right if there is s problem. read more
