I went to this Wendy's as a quick stop as I was using the charging station next to the Burger King, and who in the heck wants BK when there's a Wendy's not too far away. I ordered the new Nacho Cheese Chicken Sandwich via the App and it was prepared pretty quick. The staff was friendly when they handed me my order, and I was off to a table to devour this creation. I should have gone to BK (said no one ever). The combination of poblano cheese, crunchy strips, crunchy corn and chicken was delightful. However, the chicken was tough AF. I had to bite it and rip it apart with my teeth like a wild animal. The breading was all over the place. It was just a mess. Nothing like Chick-Fil-A which is consistent with a juicy, tender patty. There are three fast food places at the 39th Ave/I 75 exit. Two of them are awful...the personnel are rude and unprofessional, the food is garbage IF you can ever get it, and the reason is obvious: management is HORRIFIC. After several opportunities. neither of those places will ever get another penny from me. I think management at Wendy's might've visited their competitors and got smart. Their restaurant is the absolute opposite of BK and McD's. The personnel inside and at the drive-thru are welcoming, courteous, and professional. The food is very good and prepared as requested. This was the rudest, most unprofessional location I have ever had the displeasure to visit. The female drive-thru window got rather snippy with husband when she couldn't hear him (crappy system) repeat our order twice. We get to the window and it appears she's in training, which is no excuse! Then, we get to the pick up window and neither of the two different chicken sandwiches were correct. When two different staff members came to check it, a male looks thru the two bags and says they were correct. However, when we double-checked, they had switched out the sandwiches for our correct ones. When I tried to point this out the female, who may hav been a supervisor, she just made a face and hunched her shoulders...Not even an attempt was made to apologize or show an kind of customer appreciation. OK... this is Wendy's. My standard for any big-chain fast-food location on Yelp is that so long as they didn't screw up the food, the location is clean, and the staff aren't rude, they get three stars. So... you might be asking yourself, why the four stars in this case? Because of the cashier at the front this time around. He was a hoot... at least to me! He took my order just fine, and got the food to me and I was happy with what I got since it was what I ordered. But then I overheard the next customer interaction... this guy had done some mental gymnastics due to the money that had been given him by the customer, and came up with a solution to the bistro-mathematics that was completely accurate numerically, so no one was cheated, but left the customer completely boggled as to what had happened. We are traveling here from Kentucky with our youth group and we stopped in here for dinner. First our visit started out really slow at getting our food ordered. We did have a decent sized group of 15 people, but it took absolutely way too long to get our orders taken. Then as we start to get our orders half of them are all mixed up and not right. Also, the manager was extremely rude to the other workers right in front of us which is extremely unprofessional. After all that we finally get our food and we're finishing up eating and suddenly there are cockroaches crawling across two of our tables. We were not satisfied with our experience. read more

You get faster service if you go inside of the restaurant, not the drive-thru. The cashiers were pleasant and offered cordial greetings to the customers as we entered and it made me smile. I ordered the pecan, apple, chicken salad and chicken nuggets for a friend and a large fry for myself. The fries are like home fries with the skins on them which I like. As I waited for my food I noticed the cashier wiping tables when there was no one in line. It's the little things. read more

I hate to give a solid establishment like Wendy's a bad review, but after visiting this location during a road trip...I can say I'm currently not a fan. First off...the drive-thru line was crazy long and barely moving...so I decided to go inside. While there...I used their restroom and even though it wasn't filthy...it wasn't very clean. Then (after waiting 5 minutes to get my order taken), the young woman who waited on me couldn't repeat my order correctly. Absolutely terrible service, i don't expect much and don't even bother writing bad reviews but this was so uncalled for and rude. My boyfriend is super sweet and polite, so no reason to even act like this at all.. he asked for some sauces for us and a lady at the window (Manager I believe?) slammed the window in our faces as we were talking to her then proceeded to yell that they don't have the sauce we wanted before slamming it again immediately after that. This Wendy's has the most disgustingly dirty women's bathroom I've ever been in. Husband said men's was the same. If I could give 0 stars, I would. One toilet was unflushed - possibly didn't work, but if so there, was no sign. The sinks in both bathrooms were dirty - caked with scum. There was no Dr. Pepper in the drink machine and the Coke syrup carton was left on the drink station. Makes me leary about how clean the restaurant itself was. Phillip and Toni were two of the hardest and most efficient workers I've ever seen in a fast food establishment. The entire crew disappeared for a solid 10 minutes and those two alone were able to complete every order in the drive thru and take care of the customers inside. They deserve so much! This location just so happens to be one of my top 5. Then the error comes in when a certain associate by the name tag of "Michelle", just so happens to be one of the laziest employees I have ever seen. While dining in last week, she walks from behind the counter, I ask for assistance for ketchup, and she goes on to tell me how there was no more, just so she didn't have to walk back around. Then as she was cleaning she managed to sit down at every single table she cleaned and and pulled out her phone. Since the remodel, the building looks very nice but service is still hit or miss. Tonight I sat for 10 minutes waiting for the "new antibiotic free chicken sandwich" and a baked potato, with my Frosty melting because it was given to me as soon as I pulled up to the pick up drive thru window. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. First, they put cheese on my burger when I specifically told them not to. Then, when I got a new burger, there was so much grease that you could drown someone with it. I physically could not pick it up to eat it. My friend got a baconator (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and it had two patties, and bacon on it, so it should have been more greasy then the burger that I had (it only had two patties on it). Of course, it had almost no grease on it. When I took the burger to the kitchen, the cook told me that it will come out they way no matter what (even though that's not true because I have eaten there multiple times).
