The place was remodeled in late 2025. Very nice! New management as well. Our food was quick and hot with good service.

Wasn't opened when I ordered on the app it still took my money and when I went to pickup the doors were locked and no one was inside

Ordered 4 piece chicken strip basket. The fries were perfect. However, the texas toast dry hard and old... well , the chicken strips had obviously been cooked in advance, re dropped in the grease to warm up and was totally unediable! The absolute worst Dairy Queen on the planet. read more

Frozen treats are to bring a smile to the face. Our experience with this location was very sour. Communication skills were awful by the drive thru employee. We discussed the order at the actual window, as the intercom seemed inadequate...yet, what turned out alarmed us. By that time we just wanted to leave. Our order consisted of Large chocolate blizzard, medium Oreo blizzard, hot fudge sundae and brownie sundae. Would you believe me if I told you that the sundae we requested with a brownie had zero fudge and was served with brownie bits?!? Yes, soft serve icecream dumped with chocolate bites. Our total was over $15. We wanted to end our weekend getaway with some treats, but this experience was just awful...left us with a bitter taste. read more

We wanted a place to stop on I-57 and prefer truck stops to get food and gas in one stop. DQ is actually across from Pilot at this exit. We were greeted by two employees on entering who were efficient to get our order filled in 5 minutes. I had cheeseburger much like other fast food places. Just ok. My partner ordered chicken fingers. He was surprised of size and amount provided. Both of our orders came with fries that were fresh and hot but not salted. I prefer this as many places over salt. Partner said he would order again. We opted for dessert, after all, it is DQ. There was a freezer with all kinds of to go options if we lived close. We chose a milkshake and a blizzard which were tasty and able to be enjoyed as we continued our road trip. I do agree that the place is quite dated and could use a facelift but it was clean and certainly had personnel that were friendly and efficient. read more

This place was Trashhh. It was big boi dirty and there was tampon in the toilet. There wasn't even locks on the door. And i couldn't even taste the onion in my onion ring. I got a cone dipped in crunch and that b was stale. Some big head worker didn't wash her hands even though a sign told her to. And da hand dryer didn't even work. This place is a small body. I recommend you just bring out the wrecking ball ASAP. read more

This Dairy Queen is pretty poor as far as Dairy Queen's go. I was warned before coming here that they are slow and hardly put anything in their blizzards. I figured that it was just a bad experience last time. I was wrong though--the drive thru took forever. So long that the lady in front of us actually got out of her car to walk up and see what's going on. The blizzards also had hardly any candy in them. I was mostly eating vanilla ice cream. They gave us one napkin for an overflowing blizzard and got everywhere in my car and I would not recommend it was really messy and got every where in the car and ask for more napkins then one because if it overflows you will have a messy car read more

This restaurant has the sanitation standards of a third world country. The restrooms (always a good indicator) are just a step above an outhouse. I cannot imagine someone who works with food using this restroom to sanitize. The garbage cans were overflowing and not emptied. The tables and dining area looks like it gets cleaned once a day. The BEST PART is that there is garbage on the floor in the food preparation area. If you are looking for an excuse to get a Hepatitis treatment, I would definitely recommend getting a four course meal here. read more

They always give me a diet soda instead of the soda I order(I don't know if I should take that as an insult).There food always taste old(even when I ask for it to be fresh) and,I usually wait 20-30 minutes in drive through even if it's just for ice cream!I've been here three times and I refuse to waste anymore money on there food! Well let me start by saying this place is the nastiest DQ I have been in. I ordered a chicken sandwich and received two tough chicken strips on a burnt bun. The guy I was with ordered a dbl cheeseburger add Bacon and received a way over done burger on a burnt bun with no Bacon. When he went to the court to ask the lady argued with him about ordering Bacon. They gave him to under cooked flimsy pieces of bacon. The fries were stale. Had lunch here today on our way to Indiana. I agree with a previous reviewer- the bathrooms had the same standards you'd expect in a third world country. It took FOREVER - 20 minutes- for our food to be ready. Mind you, when we walked in we were the only ones ordering food. The other folks there already had their food. And we ordered right off their daily lunch special- cheeseburgers & fries, chili cheese dogs and fries. When we got the food we were still missing a burger! When we went up to the counter to ask, the woman that took the order gave me a look that clearly said I was bothering her and didn't say anything. Not thank you for for patience, not sorry for the wait. She turned, said something to the cook, grabbed a burger from the slot and handed it over. The food was ok and the ice cream was DQ- 'nuf said, right? But it wasn't welcoming, the bathrooms were nasty and the wait put us an hour behind schedule. read more

okay, first things first this Dairy Queen is nastier then any Dairy Queen I've ever been into. The bathrooms were down right dog nasty, I seriously wanted to shower in a gallon or two of GermX after I went in there. We went to order our food and we order a bacon cheese burger and three blizzards. When we got are food the worker handed one of the blizzards to us with melted ice cream running down the sides and said "it's a little runny" I said "aren't you supposed to be able to turn them upside down?" And she replied by saying "we are privately owned, we don't have to do that".... Are you kidding me? Just because your privately owned doesn't mean you have to suck at your job! Like seriously! The blizzard was runnier then Usain Bolt, the only difference being that Usain Bolt won an award while the only thing this Dairy Queen is going to win is a health code violation.
