I went through the drive thru today 5/19/21 at 4:30pm, and the gal who was taking orders through the teleprompter would not take my order until I moved up two inches to the speaker( the car in front of me wouldn't move up)even though she could CLEARLY hear me, and I could hear her! I know bc I asked her why, and she didn't have problems hearing me!! It would have been a good visit if it wasn't for the gal taking my order! She was passive aggressive! What a waste of money!!!! I understand when it is hot and busy but if you hand me a blizzard and it's like soup you know something wasn't made correctly!!! I should have asked them to tip it upside down, it was worse than a milkshake!!! If I am going to wait ten minutes for a blizzard it better be ice cream not a milkshake!! Where is the management when they putting out poor product!! I watched so many things get handed out that were poorly done. The food is great and served by a friendly, efficient staff of young adults. I was impressed to see how clean the place is, especially when you compare it to all the other places like it in Great Falls. Stopped in to have some fries and a chat with my sister, niece, and mom. We got the fries and they were barely warm and you could tell they were older. This place used to have great hot fresh and well put together food. Now it's run by a bunch of careless children! We just got food after waiting 10minutes before they asked us to pull off to the side and when they did bring our food it was a mess when you opened the wrapper (mainly just mine, not my husbands) and they got my order wrong so we had to go back in and they told us we would have to wait because they have a new trainee and it would be five minutes. read more

This place is going down the drain! We couldn't get gravy for my child. I can understand not giving hot items to smaller child but that wasn't the case. All 4 of meals had ice cold fries. We had already waited a bit for food. We took them back & asked for 4 hot fries. They eventually brought back 3 new hot fries. We asked where the 4th was & they gave us the dumb look. My turkey sandwich was ice cold. Bacon looked under cooked & wasn't even warm. The owner of the store was working & didn't say 1 word. Avoid this place! I will take the extra time to go to the downtown locations. read more

Today we were served a raw burger. Extremely raw and pink mush on another patty that was cooked. It would not have been so bad except we were already home and have small baby. The manager was called and offered a new burger but again were already home. It was posted on face book and there was one employee in particular named Brianna Evans who treated us very poorly and picked a fight with several on Facebook over this matter. She went as far as saying we put the raw burger on top of the burger ourselves. Instead of an apology we were treated with anger and disrespect. Which is why it was posted then on Facebook. I cannot believe how poorly we were treated. Brianna Evans definitely made our decision not to go back to this establishment and we are in shock how this was handled. Which again is why we turned to social media. This girl needs education on customer service and needs to be taught proper handling of food before she gets someone sick.
