This is KINDA cheesy..I never leave reviews on chain fast food restaurants, but I just have to say, that this Dairy Queen has hands down the BEST customer service I have ever ever ever experienced anywhere fast food. I go here on my lunch occasionally and the employees never fail to bring a smile to my face. They all seem like happy people to me!!! So awesome!!! Now for the food....ALWAYS fresh!!! Doesn't seem to have been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. They have never once messed up my order. PLUS they get everything out to me in such a timely manner. This Dairy Queen is impressive. if I could give negative stars I would, they have a ai ordering sytem that doesn't even work, and when we got to the window to tell someone they took out order but we had to repeat ourselves over 3 times and they got my banana split wrong twice. I asked for just graham base in it no chocolate, no pineapple, no strawberry and no whip, they gave me a normal banana split 2 times, and the inside looks so unhygienic Someone needs to get a health inspector in this place. read more

They couldnt hear us thru the drive thru so turned off the car and repeated again, said we have a coupon for a free sunday or pay $2.00 to upgrade to a blizzard . We gave him the coupon , he said we had to tell them that at the drive thru speaker . It says nowhere on the coupon but we already said we have a coupon . They did not honor the coupon but punched it so it is now invalid and payed for the blizzard. Who cares about the money. But to not honor their word and charging is cheating/stealing from their customers . read more

Stopped in here this afternoon at noon. We were greeted by the very friendly girl at the cash register. The lobby was very clean. Our food was made fresh and personally delivered to our table. We really appreciated their attention to detail and customer service. Also loved the Christian music that was playing in the lobby. I will definitely come back to this location! Get Orders Correct! Order taker repeated our order (correctly) and receipt reads correct (what we ordered.) But AGAIN the food was wrong, wrong item and wrong sauce. Maybe 2/7 wrong orders isn't so bad for a fast food joint that's mostly staffed by high-schoolers, but money is money, and we spent ours, but surely didn't get what we paid for. Looking for a different fast food joint, sort of in same area, any suggestions? We wanna leave DQ in the dust. read more

I go here all the time and order the same things because they make them so well but when I order my blizzard (Oreo Blizzard) I always have to ask for extra Oreo and pay extra because when I don't order extra Oreo there is little to no Oreos and it is just vanilla ice cream. read more

Service quality and speed is much improved over the past few months! Standard DQ with full grill menu. We only go here for treats and on our first visit (last March) we got Blizzards that were not even mixed properly. We've been here several times since this summer and the service is quick, friendly and everything is delicious. read more

Today we were served a raw burger. Extremely raw and pink mush on another patty that was cooked. It would not have been so bad except we were already home and have small baby. The manager was called and offered a new burger but again were already home. It was posted on face book and there was one employee in particular named Brianna Evans who treated us very poorly and picked a fight with several on Facebook over this matter. She went as far as saying we put the raw burger on top of the burger ourselves. Instead of an apology we were treated with anger and disrespect. Which is why it was posted then on Facebook. I cannot believe how poorly we were treated. Brianna Evans definitely made our decision not to go back to this establishment and we are in shock how this was handled. Which again is why we turned to social media. This girl needs education on customer service and needs to be taught proper handling of food before she gets someone sick. I arrived at their drive up window at 11:30 am and ordered 3 cheeseburgers. After a 20 minute wait and a half hearted apology for it taking so long. (They said I was their first burger order of the day) I received my order. When I got it home I discovered that the meat in all three burgers was rancid and rotted with a lingering chemical smell of a cleaning agent of some sort. The smell of the rotten meat as I warmed them up in the microwave was truly nauseating and the taste was appalling. I will never patronize that location again and strongly suggest that others should avoid it also. They should be turned in to the county health department for selling spoiled and rotting garbage. read more

My husband and I stop at the 10th Ave. So and at the 9th street N. every time we go to town. We always have soft ice cream. However the 10th Ave store has a dipper smaller than the cone and so your cone is full of ice cream, but the 9th St No. gives you a cone smaller than the scooper and so you get an large scoop which does not fit into the cone. You need to check into that as we and lord know how many other customers will not go back to your north side store. read more
