Their ranch dressing packets are horrible no matter what flavor they try to change them too absolutely horrible but they do have a lot of other things that are OK there to say I wish there were shakes were not the same texture when frozen or thawed. Let me know that there's a lot of fat lol in their ice cream. read more

Sebastian was seriously so kind to my friend and I, he gave us chicken tenders that had just come out of the fryer and he warned us to be careful not to burn our mouth and that was something small and simple but the act of kindness really resonates with me because just knowing he was looking out for us was really sweet. The one positive I have for this place is at least I didn't eat my arm. But even still I think I would've wanted the arm. We got a chicken dinner, which is SUPPOSED to come with chicken tenders, tots, onion ringS (plural), and toast. When we went, we got: paper thin chicken tenders (maybe fried paper would've been thicker!), UBER salty tots (it was like licking a salt lick!), onion ring (singular, ONE. SINGULAR. Was bummed to see the ice cream machine was down..... AGAIN.... but our order came out quickly and we were repeated the correct order information. When we went to eat, my chili cheese tot had 7 tots in it. The onion rings were burnt and tasted like bitter 3 week old vegetable oil. And the super sonic double cheeseburger was a super sonic double dissapointment, with only one beef patty. Also had a watered down slushee. By the time you get back there's a good chance your food is still being prepared. Probably not a bad place to go if you have a DD and you've been day drinking. I ordered from there and barely got what I asked for. I ordered 3 sauces and didn't get any I ordered jumbo sauced chicke and there's barely any sauce on them I ordered I medium fry and got a small I ordered a sonic blast and somebody blended it too far down to the point where there was a hole in the bottom of my cup and nobody bothered to add another cup to it. When we first started frequenting this Sonic 3 years ago it was great. Since then however, especially since the owners changed within the past year it has hit rock bottom. The food is still good but the service is ALWAYS SLOW and frequently there are mistakes on our order. Even today when there was no one ahead of us in line it took 5 minutes for the woman working to come to the window to collect my payment. Of course there was an item mix up so then we had to wait even longer for the right item. It's too bad no one else make limeades and tots as good as Sonic because we will have to put up with the poor service and long waits to satisfy those cravings. And don't forget to ask if you want condiments, this place never has voluntarily offered them like others I have been to. Service is pretty bad at most restaurants in town but Sonic is the worst of all the fast food places. read more

I'll update my review to reflect new management/ownership So far the food has been way better and so hasn't the service. I don't see any of the old employees, or I just happen to get lucky and they're not there but I feel like they fired all of them basically. No more waiting 40min for a drink in the drive through with two cars. All the signs outside have been replaced and updated and they have the fancy new screens outside. My family had a poor experience at this location on March 15th and we will not be returning after this. We come for the Tots and Slushies so it was upsetting when the large Tot I paid for came cold. We pushed the button and asked someone about it, they weren't even fake warm they were actually cold which is unappetizing to say the least. A young man who absolutely reeked of beer came out and took the tots, he came back after a minute and handed us a bag of cold tots. It appeared to be the same container of food but it was inedible and we were sorely disappointed. It was clear that no one cared if we were satisfied customers so instead of asking for assistance yet again we just left. We spent over 20 minutes waiting for our food. Service is extremely slow!! Once we got our food, the fries were semi hard and not warm. They use styrofoam cups which is t environmentally friendly. Give our local Sonic another try... We did and were happy we did. The service was great from order to carside. Food was fondly as I remembered from Sonics visited in other places. Every time we go here there's horrible service and the carhops always have attitudes. Our food is always dry and almost cold by the time we get it. They even gave us watered down slushies. Our second visit was not so great. Ordered ultimate chicken, onion rings, and pop corn chicken. Everything was fine except there were only 5 onion rings in the medium order. The bag looked half full. The girl who gave us our shakes was not happy that I asked to not have whipped cream, we were most definitely an inconvenience to her! Please hire employees that care about their job. Great drinks. Terrible experience. The drive-thru window is harder to hear than the drive-in lanes across the parking lot- from the drive-thru lane! The screen did not display my order so not only could I not get a clear understanding of the employee, I couldn't confirm my order with certainty. Of course when I got there it was wrong. And it was very slow! I could tell that they had to make some of the drinks multiple times because they messed them up. Another thing-- I noticed that the menu boards at several of the drive-in stalls were missing making those spots basically worthless. This is the the worst tasting onion rings I have ever ate they some how tasted like greasy Ice cream. The burgers were so Greasy the bag was soaked through Luckily the car engine was low and we topped it up with the drippings from the burgers. Drive thru not super busy but took almost an hour to get our shakes after ordering! Two cars ahead of us. Noticed that the car just ahead of had an issue with getting their full order. When I ordered our shakes I told the girl that we did not want whipped topping on the small vanilla shake only, whipped topping on the 2 large shakes. Finally got up to the window. Everyone was running around like a chicken without its heads. After nearly 10 minutes she comes take our money. Another 10 minutes went by before she came with out shakes. Only one large shake had whipped cream. Had to tell them to put whipped cream on the other large shake. That took another 5 minutes! Not happy with the service.
