Service was not good. We went through the drive though. Had to repeat the order three times. The order was incorrect and I didn't receive one of the items but was charged for it Had to go inside and give them one item that I did not order. The young man then asked if I was sure that I didn't want it. I said no and that I wanted the charge corrected. Every time I go there I pay for extra ranch and and hardly every receive what I bought. When I get the chicken strip baskets they are the smallest chicken strips I've ever seen along with zero to none fries read more

Don't even bother stopping here. We were at the front counter for about 15 minutes and didn't even get acknowledged by staff. People were lining up behind us. Service is slow, it at all. They had people coming in from the drive through because of incorrect orders. I've never seen slower moving people behind the counter; I'd be surprised if any of them were more than 17. Just me again to show how many times my order is constantly messed up from this location! If I could give zero stars I'd gladly do it. I ordered. Again. $30 of ice cream ( 2 smalls 1 medium and 1 regular French fry) I get my order and I don't have my fries. Calm cool and collected I call, I tell them my frustrations, the guy offered a coupon. I didn't want a coupon I order regularly enough ( which I need to stop obviously) and politely asked for a refund. Guy said again he could give me a coupon. I said no. I asked for a manager he then proceeds to tell me he IS the manager to which I laughed because???? He said he could give me a refund with my card information. I also mentioned I knew they were about to close and that I wasn't trying to be rude but I just wanted it to be made right and I said I will gladly give them my card! as it was 8 DOLLARS! For a regular fry on door dash. He then Proceeds to put me on hold.. as I'm sitting there saying "hello hello.... HELLO?" Crickets. Nothing then I'm hung up on. As my roommate then calls in regards to my order where he's then told I didn't pay for fries. Though I DID, why wouldn't you as a MANAGER, get on and apologize for the misunderstanding and explain the situation. I would've been so understanding as I have been MULTIPLE times in the past. Nope. I get nothing. So I'm hung up on, out 8$ , and then I take a bite of my ice cream AND THATS WRONG!!!! I had ordered food through DoorDash and they had forgotten food for my order. Manager David, working on 11/01/2023/ was called and notified that our order was incorrect. David has ZERO customer service. David sucks and shouldn't be a manager. He offers a coupon instead of making my order correct. I just want my food correct. He said the food we ordered was not ordered even though it was on the DoorDash receipt. David lied to my face. David offered a refund, which I agreed to. David then proceeded to put me on hold, while I was saying "Hello" numerous times for countless times and then eventually hung up on me so I could not get a refund for the items that I ordered. David completely disregarded and pushed off the issue at this time. I would STRONGLY recommend that this Dairy Queen just closes so no one else's experience would be like mine. I would give a ZERO STAR REVIEW if I could. Dairy Queen sucks. David sucks. Save your money and go somewhere that will give you the correct food that is actually worth it. Always messing up my order. Tonight I ordered an Oreo Cheesecake blizzard as advertised in the attached picture. It's the same thing I've been ordering since Spring. As you can see it comes with chocolate ice cream. I was handed a blizzard with vanilla ice cream, I don't like vanilla ice cream. I politely asked the boy at the window "doesn't this normally come with chocolate ice cream?" Because I know it does, I've ordered the same thing for 6 months straight from multiple different Dairy Queen's ALL with chocolate. He doesn't bother to check with a supervisor and just replies "No it's always come with vanilla." Well I know for a fact it hasn't and even in their own picture it's clearly made with chocolate. I told him there might be a mistake because it does come with chocolate ice cream and he replied "well they've probably added something before that they weren't supposed to. We've always made it like this." No, nobody was adding anything, they were making it exactly how it was advertised and this time it was made incorrectly. Didn't bother to remake it, didn't offer to correct it, didn't offer any sort of apology, just continued to correct me and tell me I was wrong and crazy. So I was then stuck with a $4 blizzard that went straight in the garbage. Not the first time they've ruined my food, but it sure will be the last because they've lost my family and friends business. read more

Very unorganized. All customers behind us received their food first. We had only ordered ice cream and Our cones were given to the customers who were 4 orders after us. Had to ask for a shake after receiving everything else 20 minutes before. Need better management besides blaming new employees. read more

I went to DQ during dinner hours. I went through the drive thru after ordering a 1/3 pound Double w/cheese combo. I was completely disgusted when I saw the employee take not only my order, (including French fries) but another order out of the MICROWAVE! It was dinner time! The food should have been fresh not microwaved. The food had a terrible texture. The bun was slimy, the cheese was disgusting and the meat itself was cold. The fries were a horrible texture and hardly warm at all. I asked for my drink with no ice and ice was put in my drink. I ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait for a friend and when I asked to have it put in a bag, the female employee sighed and rolled her eyes like I asked her for blood. Never going back. read more
