The food is normally great, I would definitely recommend it for the food. But the customer service is very unprofessional. When the customer is calling and trying to talk to you and they don't wait to hear response they laugh at you and say oh they hung up on me and then they hang up on you. And then when you try to call back, they blame you for the situation even though they are the ones who are at fault. My order is delayed by almost 2 hours from the time that I would have liked it to be done. And they didn't give me an option to cancel and get a refund But instead of forcing me to come later when I could've gone somewhere else to get better quality service, and quicker food.Will not be going back. read more

I love goodcents.... when they get my order right. I usually get it delivered to my work and the past couple times they have messed it up. Today I asked for ranch pickles and no lettuce. I in fact did get lettuce and no pickles or ranch. It seems like they didn't even look at my order and just put the standard dressing on it. Maybe it is just this goodcents? Got a catered lunch from here. Sandwiches were a bit mushy, but were half-decent. They came in a platter about the size of a hubcap. What I did like though, are the little squeeze bottles of mayonnaise and mustard (etc.) so you could customize your sandwich. It would be better if they toasted the buns, but oh well. read more

I stopped here on Fourth of July after a round of golf. Its basically a subway with less options. It feels the same and arguably looks the same as a subway. I don't $9.84on an 8" original with all the dressings. It was what one would expect from such a place. Nothing special. If I had to do it all over again I would try someplace else. While I am a fan of mr goodcents, this location is horrible! I experienced extremely rude service, told the manager, she then repremanded the person out in the open, the rude employee yelled and screamed at the manager....then she was sent back to work with customers again. We order sandwiches from here all the time and get good service. I noticed they were selling meals that were microwaveable in 2 minutes so I tried the Salmon green beans and mashed potatoes it was great! So I I went back got more meals. The Salmon, pot roast, and Lasagna were all very good and if you purchase 5 meals they are only $6.00 apiece and good portion size. I would highly recommend! read more

I've loved Goodcents until yesterday when I ordered delivery. Many things went wrong with my order. First off I selected no contact delivery but the delivery person did not honor that. After that I start to eat my sandwich and I realize that there is a plastic piece in it! It was most definitely from a glove. I find that to be disgusting especially during a time of quarantine. Stay away from this place! My girlfriend got food poisoning after eating here. She spent the next 16 hours in the bathroom throwing up and peeing out her butt. It became so concerning that she eventually went to the hospital. The sandwich was the only thing she ate that day and hasn't had much other then 7up and crackers since. read more

I had always loved it since until today! My entire office ordered lunch on Saturday and had it delivered. I became extremely ill overnight. When I got to work the next day I found out that several of the other girls got sick as well. The ones who got sick ate a chicken pasta dish. Everyone who ate sandwiches did not get sick. I called the manager to let her know of the issue and she would not even apologize or take ownership of the issue. She made excuses of how her employees wear gloves and how everything is made to order... so it couldn't possibly be contaminated. There are so many ways food can be contaminated and I don't think it's coincidence that only half of the office got sick eating the same foods. Wow! Never going back! I was redeeming a $20 for $10 Groupon. We are a senior couple at need to closely watch what we spend. As we ordered, in my head I attempted to calculate what our total bill would be. I didn't do a very good job. With what I came up I figured that I'd have to kick in another few bucks. I handed the cashier my Groupon with wallet in hand, ready to pay the difference. She handed me my bags and said "Thank You". I asked her what the total came to, and it turns out that I had figured a few dollars short. I asked about ordering some more food and I was told that I should have said something before the total bill had been rang up, and that I could "grab a couple of cookies". I eat here about every other week. My wife and I definitely prefer this over any of the other sandwich shops in the area. Overall we have had great experiences. I can't count how many times I've seen the managers/employees go above and beyond to make sure the customers happy even if it's not me. Had the worst service today! Usually they are amazing. All I got was a lot of rudeness. A co-worker and I ordered today 2 sandwiches when they arrived they were completely wrong. We called back and they were going to make new ones and we asked for them to comp our order at least the gal said all she could do is throw in 2 cookies. We decided to just cancel our order due to her demeanor we were afraid they would mess with our food, hey you never know! So she decided to give us our money back and were going make us new sandwiches.
