FOOD- I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip basket. It comes with 3 strips of chicken, a basket of fries, a medium drink, a sundae of choice, and a side of gravy. I opted to pay an extra dollar to upgrade the sundae to a small blizzard. My food came out fast and was warm. My chicken and fries were well cooked and my gravy was warm. For my drink I ordered a Dr. Pepper, I would not recommend ordering this drink. It tasted as if it was half water and half soda. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt here and am hoping the Dr. pepper was just running low and in need of a refill and that is why it tasted so off. For my blizzard I ordered a Frosted Animal Cookie Blizzard. I was severely underwhelmed with the blizzard and I would not recommend it either. The Blizzard was just Frosted Animal Cookies mixed into plain vanilla ice cream and the texture is volatile. Another guest in my party ordered a Hot Fudge Sundae, I sampled it and it tasted amazing as always. If you are planning to eat at this dairy queen I would definitely suggest that you stick with what you have had before to ensure you are satisfied with your meal. SERVICE- The service at this Dairy Queen was not the best. The employee taking our order at the register seemed confused most of the time we were ordering. The ordering process took longer than necessary, at least our food came out fast. After we had seated ourselves we had multiple employees come up to our table asking if the order they had in their hands was ours, of course we denied until someone finally came with our actual order. I would suggest for a system take place in this Dairy Queen to help with this problem. An example would be to give people number plates that correspond with their order number to be placed on their table. With a system like this the employees would know exactly who's order is who's and avoid bothering almost every single guest and basically guessing and checking who's order is who's. Subpar service at best.... OVERALL- This is one of the more rundown Dairy Queens I have visited. The employees don't really seem to care for guests. The store was dirty and unorganized (see photos). I ordered my food like any normal person. While sitting for what felt like an eternity a heavy set guy came to my table. With dressing and all kinds of food on his shirt and even his face. He said sorry I ate all your food big boy and he continued to flirt with me. Making analogies for how huge my genitalia was. I was puzzled wondering why he was acting like such a degenerate? Then he tried jumping on top of me to force himself on me. I pushed him off and ran out the door to my Mercedes and floored it out of there. I will never eat at DQ in Mexico Mo again. i am tired of the lousy service and over cooked, over priced food. i think the problem is the 15 and 16 year old employees don't know how to treat ppl and handle food. the bill at the drive thru was $19.83 for 2 double cheese burgers, 2 orders mushrooms and 2 small milk shakes. I would give this establishment less than a star but that is not an option. I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday 3 DAYS before picking it up. I went in today to pick it up and the employees were rude and unprepared. My cake was not even started. They told me to come back in an hour and when I did, they made me this lame excuse of a cake. It was supposed to be rainbow colored... They wrote happy birthday in three colors. Before I went in the second time for the cake they promised me a discount. They gave me a $3 discount that they give everybody. That's all. The only reason I bought the cake was we needed something for my daughter's birthday. I am never coming back here again. The staff here is very rude. Not just one. ALL of them. Acted like we were inconveniencing them. We waited in line for 3-4 minutes before someone acknowledged we were here and took our order. Then told us a machine was broken when it wasn't. Then when we asked them to fix an item they didn't hear correctly, they rudely asked "What's the problem? no she didn't say that." Overall rude. If you don't like your job, go home. This is the service industry. read more

worst service I have ever received anywhere. I found the staff to be very rude. I dined in and they gave me a card so I assumed they bring me my blizzard and chicken strips. So 30 minutes later they bring me my chicken strips and then I eat and realize I never got my blizzard, so I went and asked them about it and they got very rude with me saying it's been sitting up there the whole time (on a shelf by where they made it) I went to get it and it was completely melted, and they made my brother a mango smoothie instead of a strawberry one.
