Went to grab a hamburger and blizzard to find that they have a sign that they are short employees (seems to be a continual problem) and there is no grill food and a few of the treats available. The ordering sign had most of the pictures removed. Going to stop giving them a chance. I'll drive the extra time to the Big Lake location or just stop going to Dairy Queen. read more

Left after 20 mins of waiting to place our order in person. Didn't say a word but made repeated eye contact. After talking in our group being like wtf they just angrily yelled "we're short staffed." Employees were dissing each other and felt very uncomfortable. Avoid if you can and if you can't--go through the drive thru bc they don't care about in person. I understand being short staffed, training new hires, ect...but the very least you can do is say hey I'm sorry it's going to be a little while or even just shut down in person orders if you're not going to take them. read more

Customer service was absolutely terrible. The ladies name was Nikki at the drive-through and she was very disrespectful and rude. She didn't greet us when we came up to the speaker, so we asked if someone was there and she continue to yell at us saying my hands are full and there is only two of us working ( there was two of us in the drive through and one guy in the store) and we said well you could at least said hello and you'd be a minute. She then responded again saying I told you I'm busy. When she finally came back to the speaker we asked about a deal on the app and she said I'm not seeing it and we asked if could use multiple deals at once she said I don't know I don't use the app I just work here. The tone of her voice was condescending and rude... very unhappy.... Nikki do better. read more

Hey people, as far as DQs go, this is a solid one. After a hike without snacks (while pregnant), I saw the Grill & Chill sign and turned in real quick. I've actually never gotten anything other than ice cream from a DQ, so it's about time I try their actual food. When I ordered at the drive thru, the employee was SO friendly. She responded brightly to each order item with "Of course!" instead of the usual "uh huh" (or nothing at all). I ordered the 4 piece chicken basket, and I was able to choose 2 dipping sauces (ranch and warm queso) and they gave me an extra chicken strip! I also got cheese curds. They were wearing masks, gloves, and gave me my food contact-free. I enjoyed it all right there in the parking lot. Honestly, no complaints... I'm just trying to not make a habit of this! read more

My husband watched one of the employees go to the bathroom, not wash his hands, and immediately start making ice cream. None of the tables inside or outside were clean and there were ketchups packets scattered all throughout the store. The employees didn't seem to know what they were doing and they forgot to make our ice cream even though there was only one other guest in the store. 50% of the time I go here, they are out of something. Whether it's ice cream, their main food item, or they can't grill anything. To top it off, they have rude employees, including their managers. This was the worst fast food experience I've ever had EVER. My girlfriend and I placed a mobile order that said would be ready at 2:31 pm. We pull up to get our order and they tell us to pull around and wait (which was just fine). However, the wait turned into 30 full minutes of just sitting in the parking lot waiting for food. We then decided to get out and figure out what was happening. Nobody was making our order. It was just sitting on the screen. The cook was literally cleaning and restocking stuff while we were waiting for 45 minutes for food that was old and disgusting. The manager even said "you guys are still waiting?" but made no effort to get us what we needed. We truly felt like we were not valued as a customer there. We received our order at 3:40 pm. An entire HOUR after we were supposed to pick it up. I'm extremely frustrated with this service and we will never be coming to this Dairy Queen again. read more

Food was very good and the blizzards were great but the restaurant was filthy. Cracks in the seat cushions, crumbs and hairs all over the tables, spilled soda on the floor, French fries all over the floor in the kitchen.
